Kapsul Air Conditioner Reviews

The Kapsul Air Conditioner is a window air conditioning unit that was crowdfunded on Kickstarter and which states that they are the “smarter way to stay cool”.
How Does the Kapsul Air Conditioner Work?
According to this website, window air conditioning units have been around for more than 60 years and they have always been celebrated for providing a convenient way to cool rooms that don’t have access to central air conditioning. But Noria says that they have always been “big, ugly, loud, and difficult to install.”
The aim of the Kapsul Air Conditioner is to address all the common complaints about traditional window units and improve them.
To this end, they began with a beautiful design that includes an attractive thermostat knob which can be controlled from an iPhone or Android mobile application.
But they knew it wouldn’t be enough to simply make this unit attractive. They also had to improve issues with installation, which is why they made their unit much smaller so that you can keep the view from the window in which you install it, and makes it much easier to place in and take out of the window so it only has to be there during the hottest months.
They also improved the function of the air conditioner itself, by engineering the fans and ventilation system to be both quiet and efficient, and they direct all the cool air up towards the ceiling which creates a convective cycle that prevents your room from having hot and cold spots.
Cost & Price Plans
Currently customers who participate in the Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign will have the chance to pre-order this Noria Air Conditioner for $299, which is a 25% discount off the eventual retail price of $399.
The Kickstarter website says that this product will be available to ship in March of 2018, though these dates may change depending on how the campaign continues.

Reputation
Because this product is not yet available on the market there are not any customer reviews which are available at this time.
However, the reviews that are available from the technology blogs and online magazines at this time are all very positive and enthusiastic about the differences and improvements this company has the chance to make in the window air conditioner market.
Competitors and Alternatives?
There are many different available air conditioning units for people who are hoping to find alternatives to the traditional window unit, including portable AC units which do not actually need to be installed in a window but can actually just be plugged into an outlet like a fan.
These units are often more expensive than window units, but customers who need an AC sooner than Spring of 2018 may want to look at these options.

Complete Scam
Scam
‘This person reach their funding goal (millions $$$) years ago.
Delivering no product to anyone. When I reach customer service its always the same mouthy witch with a terrible attitude. No product, years after payment for multiple units and no refunds.
They have my money and now the only witch in customer service has blocked me so can not ask for either product or a refund. She is fond of the saying “thats how we do it in Philly”.
These 2 or 3 people sitting at their computers that created this scam are living pretty well there in “Philly” on lots of peoples hard earned cash.
Noria can NOT deliver on its claims.
The Noria AC has been delayed multiple times, with each delay citing issues that should have and could have been worked out long before seeking funding.
However, the biggest issues is simple physics. Given the size of the unit and the claim of low noise levels, there is simply no way the AC can have large enough evaporator and condenser coils to provide its claimed 5,000 BTU cooling capacity, never mind fitting in a compressor and two fans.
The reason we don't see a product like Noria on the market already is because is just isn't physically possible. Save your money -- look elsewhere.
Look up Kapsul Vv5 and see if this is not the same?
It's the same claim but the product doesn't exist, it's all smoke and mirrors.
