Online Customer Reviews/Complaints
SeedSheet is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) but does have an F rating on the website.
There are many complaints regarding the quality of the product, with many customers stating that their plants never sprouted and they were unable to receive the money back from the Green Thumb guarantee.
While there are many complaints found online, the company’s website offers a different view with positive testimonials from those who found success using the container gardens and seed pods.
However, as a matter of practice, we’re always skeptical of reviews posted on a company's own websites as they’re usually curated to only highlight positive experiences.

Competitors/Alternatives
In addition to SeedSheet, there are other similar options available, including:
SeedSheet vs. Hamama: While Hamama doesn’t produce whole vegetables, it has the same premise as SeedSheet. However, with Hamama, you plant and consume microgreens.
SeedSheet vs. Tower Garden: The Tower Garden is built as a smart device that allows you to have an indoor garden without the responsibility of a typical garden. Like SeedSheet, Tower Garden utilizes an app to keep everything running smoothly.
SeedSheet vs. Lettuce Grow: Lettuce Grow is very similar to Tower Garden in that it offers an indoor vertical gardening solution for small spaces.
Is SeedSheet Worth It?
It is crucial to have access to healthy fruits and vegetables. However, during certain seasons this is easier than others, which is why using a variety of growing methods can help you have fresh produce year round.
SeedSheet simplifies the process for you, sending pre-made pods your way. In addition to the pods, you have access to the company’s mobile app, which tells you when to water and trim your plants for optimal growing.
SeedSheet has a range of prices depending on the size of your family and the amount of produce you desire. While it can be expensive, the result of having year-round fruits and vegetables can be worth it.
With that said, given the mixed reviews we are hesitant to fully recommend this product. However, the product is legitimate, the company has been featured on Shark Tank, and does have some positive feedback.
So if you are curious about trying it we recommend starting with one small order of a non-custom SeedSheet, that way it will be eligible for their refund, and you still have the Green Thumb guarantee if the seeds don’t sprout or you have other issues.
If you have any experience with SeedSheet or their products, please leave your reviews below.

Avoid like the plague
I would give no stars if possible. This company is a total scam. Got over $100 of seed sheets for herbs and salad. Followed instructions to a tee. Only a few sprigs, no actual plants. Asked for a refund, and have been stonewalled. What kind of company does not offer a refund to dissatisfied customers?
Avoid these people at all costs!!!
Do Not Buy!
I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased 2 herb sets. Some but not all sprouted but the seeds were all clumped together and died shortly after sprouting.
Poor customer service. Do Not buy or waste your time. Plant your own seeds.
Company makes it seem like you need more instruction or help to succeed. I am a grower and gardener and I followed their instructions.
Customer Service Non existent. SO disappointed in SeedSheets
Same experience with 2 herb sets. I bought as gifts for my daughters and set up for them. Most but not all sprouted and then died quickly. Company wants to provide support but it is not rocket science. Would NEVER buy again. Plant your own!
