Medium freeze drier is awesome!

We have been running the medium freeze drier practically non stop for almost a year. The results are outstanding and the unit is consistent and reliable. The customer service is prompt and courteous. The pump can be on the noisy side so have a space set aside with this in mind. Highly recommended.

My Harvest Right freeze dryer is one of my best purchases. It works so well preserving fresh foods that it is now my favorite preserving method. Can't imagine not having a freeze dryer now. I recommend purchasing extra trays, lids and silicone mats for easier prepping and cleanup. Harvest Right's support team is outstanding, they'll help with any questions or problems and to me, that's as important as the product itself.

I bought a harvest right freeze dryer and I am very glad I did I love how it holds more nutritional value than another way I preserve and last longer the coustomer service is awesome you can literally talk to a real person they are their to help and that says alot I am glad I made the purchase and have been using mine everyday

Great product! I'd make this purchase again, for sure!

The only thing that I'd would improve on is the ability to - as every other electronic device does any more - set it up with WiFi and an app so that alerts can be sent to a phone. I'm sure that the price would likely jump substantially though, because that would be a substantial task; setting up a whole different software and hardware.

Easy set up once I read the directions. Only question is why didn't I purchase it sooner? Ordered some extra oil, it was shipped and received promptly. Harvest Right has a great product. I have enjoyed freeze drying extra produce and dairy products that would have gone bad but are now safely freeze-dried waiting for me to use them. It is an investment, but one that will pay for itself many times over the years.

Very durable equipment. We upgraded the vacuum pump to the oil free style from the manufacturer and it's made our lives much easier! Highly recommended.

Clean Out Your Freezers

I love freeze drying. My freezers are no longer full. No more worries about the power going out and losing all your freezer meat. I can also take advantage of grocery store sales by freezing the food before I have time to freeze dry it.

I used to can all the time. Now all I can is green beans from our garden. I store the freeze dry food in canning jars. I also vaccuum seal my food before placing the sealed bags in a 5 gallon Mylar bag. I then double and triple seal the Mylar bags with the impulse sealer.

First, we are happy with our freeze dryer and impressed with the results now. We spent several months doing research, reading reviews, and watching videos on available freeze dryers and settled on the medium size harvest right for our needs. I've owned the harvest right medium size freeze dryer with the premium oil pump for several months now.

Shipping was fast. Unpacking and setup was easy and straight forward. Initial testing and batches were great, although they took much longer than anticipated to complete. Oil maintenance was simple with the included oil filter. It takes about a day to filter an oil batch, so buy an extra quart if you want to have down time.

Ultimately, we are happy with our freeze dryer and disappointed in the issue we had very early on in its life cycle. The customer service we received from both support rep's was outstanding

I have owned my white medium freeze dryer since 2019 and have really enjoyed having it. It has worked well during that time. I have had to have some updates or service which was quickly addressed and problems resolved. I have used both the oil and oil free vacuum pumps. I have done so many batches and really love having it to preserve, both food from our yard, or store or meals we've made. If I've ever had an issue Harvest Right has been very helpful in resolving or replacing parts etc. I'd really recommend it to anyone looking to preserve food.

Great customer service from Grace not only once but twice.

After receiving my freeze dryer back from a freon service call, it was missing the drain hose. Grace was extremely prompt in getting a new one sent out to me.

Once I received it, I was trying to make some candy and having some issues. I called, and Grace is as super efficient and knowledgeable.

I know in the future that I will be emailing grace with any questions I have she is wonderful.
