Just got this in and so far so good. already on my second batch of food! Had to call customer service because i thought the door was messed up, but its a pin and the door is suppose to move (just for anyone else wondering lol) Cant wait for my garden to start producing so this thing can run more often!!

We have had our large freeze drier for 5 months now and have completed 54 batches of food so far (mostly meat, veggies, eggs, and milk). It has been working great except for a minor software update that was required recently and Harvest Right Customer Service helped me with that very quickly. It is very satisfying to know we have enough food to feed our family in any emergency, and packing for overnight camping/kayaking trips is going to be wonderful and so much cheaper than buying commercial freeze dried meals!

We have had a great time freeze drying with med unit, very few problems. Alex has been very helpful

I bought this to help my family eat healthier snacks on trips, home and at our many events we participate in. I was tired of quick snacks from the gas station.

The apples and yogurt bites are their favorites.

We have loved our Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. We have used it to freeze dry so many things. The flavor is great, and the storage capability is awesome. My wife has been on a kick to freeze dry candy. The candy has been a real hit with her co-workers, and she can’t make enough.

We’ve had our medium freeze dryer for just a few months now and had a glitch with our touchscreen but the tech team helped sort me out and we got it fine tuned. Great support! Thank you!

I have had my medium Freeze Dryer for about 7 months and overall, I'm happy with it. I have contacted tech support for the machine twice and after following many steps, my problem was fixed. I must admit, as a person who is not a mechanic type,it is a bit frustrating to troubleshooting problems but, Harvest Right has a LOT of resources to address any issue that comes up. I have also had to contact customer service about orders that did not get to me and have had excellent response.

I was freeze drying the day my unit arrived! This machine changes the way we preserve food. Easy to operate too. I had one error, submitted a service ticket, and had it fixed within 24 hours.

We purchased the large freeze dryer and it’s been running at least once a day every day. Glad we got the large, but so far everything is running right. We had a small software issue, but the customer service team has been very helpful in getting this resolved quickly.

We couldn’t be happier with our Harvest Right freeze dryer and how easy it is to preserve foods compared to traditional canning. It is easy to use and to keep clean. We’ve had it about 1 year and have not had any issues with it. Some foods are not easily reconstituted to near normal texture so we stick to those that work well for us.

Recently purchases a Harvest Right medium freeze dryer. Although the cost is significant up front, the quality and performance of the machine are outstanding. From the packaging, documentation, to customer support, Harvest Right is doing it...well...right. Their customer support is first rate too. Had an issue passing the initial operational check. I worked with Jennifer over several phone calls and emails. She was responsive and proactive and had us up and running. Overall a superb customer experience.

I have a large Harvest Right freeze dryer. We have been running batches for a year now. We did have some error issues but Harvest Right has fixed all of those. They were great with their customer service and even followed up after repairs to make sure our machine was back up and running.

We have had our machine for 3 1/2 years. We have the large machine and have freeze dried lots of fruit, veggies, onions, peppers, mashed potatoes and more. Our favorite has been freeze dried bananas. They are very popular at our local Farmer's market. We have had a few issues along the way and have been pleased with the help and technical support from Harvest Right. We recently upgraded to the Premier pump and are very happy with our Harvest right machine.

Last year I bought two large freeze dryers. I like turning one off when the cycle finishes and starting the other one immediately. The first machine defrosts while the second machine runs a batch. My second machine stopped in the middle of the cycle by continually freezing. One phone call got me an updated software download. Problem was easily solved. Later a part in the tray unit malfunctioned, Chase sent a box and a fedex label. It took a few days for the back and forth, but my machine is working fine again. I'm satisfied with both machines and with the customer service. One machine is over a year old now.

We have had a medium size Harvest Right Freeze Dryer for about 5 years. We have freeze dried avocados, bananas, eggs, squash, tomatoes and the list goes on. We had a few learning curves, but we love the end results of the food harvested. The support team at Harvest Right has been attentive and helpful with answering questions and keeping our machine running smoothly!

We have had the Freeze Dryer for use for a short time, but the high quality construction & the large capacity to handle larger batches is very much appreciated. We can buy food items in bulk or harvest from gardens to preserve as a safe food supply for family use in the short term or for long term storage. We recently freeze dried beaten eggs (no shells of course) and cooked as scrambled eggs. Food re-hydrated tastes amazing! What this machine does is truly remarkable. It is definitely an investment for family food availability. Harvest Right has been great with customer service to answer questions and to provide feedback for any concerns. Harvest Right is a reliable company for my business and personal home food storage. They have always answered my questions, given me excellent input and service. Their machines are amazing from making food storage to candy, we have never been disappointed.

I have had my freezer about a month now and really enjoying it. Still have lots to learn and lots of projects to try out.

After 3 years I took my first unit apart to clean it and was surprised it was still clean as new. Over 40 totes of freeze dried foods through it.
