We got our freeze drier a few months ago and have already used it many times. Set up was easy. Documentation was clear and support has been great. Wish we had purchased it a long time ago.

I have loved using my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer!  It is great to be able to save fresh produce when it is in season, preserving its freshness and nutrients.  It has been fun to find new snacks that taste great, and are good for you as well!

Just had a great experience with Harvest Right tec services. I dealt with Maria Nunez and she was nothing but professional. Walked me through the tests and determined that my board was bad. Three days later a new board arrived which I installed with no problems. I have already run two batches with no issues. A big thank you to Maria and Harvest Right.

The company's customer service department is amazing also. After experiencing a problem with my impulse sealer they immediately sent me a new replacement. WOW! We purchased the Medium HarvestRight Freeze Dryer and just really love it!! We have done several batches of food with great success. We noticed that our pouches were not sealing very well so we reached out to customer service and spoke to Greg who help us identify the problem which resulted in HarvestRight sending us a new Impulse Sealer. The service was very thorough and speedy. We are very happy with the quality of equipment and the service.

My harvest freeze drying arrived in perfect condition and customer service is always there help help with questions or issues. I highly recommend them!

I started experiencing some vaccum errors on my machine a few months ago. I finally had the time to reach out to Harvest Right for a warranty repair. I got Blake assigned to me and he was so helpful. We spoke about what I had already tried and he gave me very easy step by step instructions on what to do. It took me a phone call and a few emails and machine is working better than when I got it! I bought a medium freeze dryer. Worked right out of the box. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love this machine. I use it daily. I have many purposes for it hunting fishing camping travel snack just about anything highly recommended.

We have had our medium freeze dryer almost a year and have loved it! In fact, we wish we had a large. Food storage was always a hassle before but now we have had a lot of fun storing all kinds of food from meat to veggies. As avid backpackers, we also no longer use commercial freeze dried trail food but make our own and enjoy the foods we eat a home while on the trail. We highly recommend the Harvest Right freeze dryer. We love it!

I just bought my third Harvest Right home freeze dryer. The first one I bought in 2018 is still going strong but the latest models with the new premier pump is just amazing, it’s faster, quieter and uses less electricity and much less maintenance required on the vacuum pump.

What these machines do, freeze drying is amazing, the process is trouble prone, but the Harvest Right team have designed an incredibly durable and maintainable machine that makes it look simple. I’m a big fan.

We have had our Freeze Dryer since May of 2021. It is the Best investment we ever made. It is so nice freeze drying dozens of extra eggs to save for winter. Our Raspberries have produced so well the last 2 seasons, we have been able to dry 15 or more quart jars. A great way for fruit preservation. No more mushy frozen fruit. Applesauce cookies are the best for our children. A great company with an awesome product. We can imagine life without our freeze dryer.

The HRFD itself has probably already payed for itself by allowing me to buy food at a lower cost in bulk and preserving it for future needs. One of their technical providers, Alex P., provided me with thorough answers to all my questions just today! HR customer service has always been first rate with me. From before I bought it to now more than a year later the professionals have given me all the time I needed to answers my questions. Everybody needs a HRFD!

Ive had my harvest right freezedryer for about a year now, it has been life changing, the savings in food has more than paid for it! Worth every penny. They are a great company.
