The unit I received was missing the power cord and vacuum hose but the customer service was very helpful and sent me a new one right away.

Very exciting to be able to preserve my garden!!! At first, it is intimidating, but once i spent an hour reading and getting acquainted with it all, it is all GOOD!! I received my FD a few weeks earlier!! which was a pleasant surprise!. Tristan and Nikolai were very helpful!

We love having our freeze dryer! It is so simple to use and comes with everything you need to get started. We freeze dry so many things from leftovers, to fruits and veggies and candy. It has been such an awesome addition to our little mini homestead. It’s so simple to use and set up. You will not regret getting one.

Wonderful unit to own. A perfect place to start freeze drying food for long term food storage, backpacking meals, and even candy. It is very easy to use, and well worth the money spent. We have loved being able to make healthy snacks for our kids from fresh or frozen fruits and veggies.

I'm supper excited about my large Harvest Right Freeze Dryer! Freeze dried peaches are addicting, tasty treats so are strawberries. I have a long list of produce to process and will keep my machine busy for months.

We love our Harvest Right freeze dryer. We use it almost all the time. I have freeze-dried 150 lbs of potatoes, some meat, eggs and vegetables. We love it! The food is easy to reconstitute and use.

I purchased my medium Harvest Right in the beginning of 2020 and haven't regretted it yet. The only issue I've had was with the plug for the warming shelves. I put a ticket in and the help desk had another one shipped out to me the next day. In 2021 I upgraded my pump from the oil less to the premier and it has made a world of difference.

The premier is much quieter and more efficient. The added step of changing the oil once in a while is more than worth it if you ask me. The medium freeze dryer is more than adequate for most home uses but I am looking to buy a large model when finances allow.

I have a commercial size 5 tray. It is a 220 plug. I have had it for over 3 years. In the beginning I was not happy with the function of my freeze dryer. I had to take it in over 11 times and had a service tech many times as well. Before the year was up it was traded out for a different one. this one I did not have many troubles with it. I still have some programming issues, but updates take care of those. I am very happy with it now. I can't say enough about the comer service they have been so helpful; I am looking to get another one soon.

I was having a problem with my new sealer having a burning smell coming from it. I called customer care and Alex was able to help me get some replacement parts ordered to hopefully resolve my problem. He was extremely nice and helpful.

A Fantastic Machine!

I have had a medium size freeze dryer made by Harvest Right for over 3 years! I cannot say enough good about it. We have a fruit orchard, a large garden and a green thumb that produces a lot of food. The freeze dryer has kept our food waste to a bare minimum. We use it to safe left over food as well. It has been an investment that has paid for itself many times over.

The customer service is great as well. In 3 years I have only had to contact the company twice and my issues were resolved courteously and quickly!

I love this machine. My family cannot get enough of the fruit and veggies. Neighbors keep asking for more. It is a great feeling to know I am preserving garden and building a stock pile of fresh safe food.

Happy with my Freeze Dryer!

I purchased a large Freeze Dryer at the end of July 22 and it has been running non stop. Though intimidating at first, it becomes easier and easier to use. I had a small issue having received a dented tray from the set of 5. An email to Harvest Right was quickly answered and a new tray was sent out. I have ordered additional accessories from them and had to contact CS to get a specialty part. Alex, from Customer Support was very helpful and very patient. I am really enjoying my Freeze Dryer

Harvest Right makes a quality product that offers great value. The machine is user friendly and easy to get set up. I have completed several batches and every time I store the food in my pantry I feel happy knowing that my long term food storage is growing. I highly recommend Harvest Right.

Efficiency

I have had my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer for 5 months and haven't let it rest!!! I love it!!!!! I brings great security of knowing we have food for years to come preserved. I really like that they are always trying to improve products by software updates that allow for more efficient drying time.

They were very helpful in walking me through installing the updates as well. They are always running a promo that allows it to be affordable. You can fit more food than you think on one large tray, which makes me happy. We have not had any problems with the pump or anything else.

Our Harvest Right is a work horse. Works well and we have had few problems with it. When I call customer support they are friendly and knowledgeable. Always able to take care of my concerns.
