After two weeks of using this product and “loosely “ following the Plant Paradox diet my chronic constipation and heartburn are gone. I’m so impressed with the quick results.

I used to take a lot of magnesium for constipation. After using Bio Complete 3 for a couple of weeks, I use far less magnesium and my gut feels excellent. I also just bought some Total Restore.

Bio Complete 3 is a life-changer.

I am eliminating easier and more complete.

I've been taking your probiotic for a couple weeks now. It works better than the gummy probiotics I've used for years. No more diahrea, Just very regular normal bowel movements!

I take other suppliments from ResQ Products in Pennsylvania that help me also.

I had "spastic colon" at 29 - It is now called IBS. Since I am 82 that has been a lot of years to suffer. Doctors tried many different drugs with no real relief. When I tried Bio 3 my world changed! I am very happy to have found Bio Complete 3. With a chronic GI tract disease, I've battled with gas, bloating, bouts of diarrhea, and downright pain much of my adult life. Since I've been taking Bio Complete 3 for a couple of weeks, all my symptoms have moderated, some to the point of being completely gone! What a relief!

I started using BioComplete3 almost a month ago to address abdominal pain, gas & bloating & , within a week, I felt so mush better. My gut was calm. I intend to continue using this supplement.

After 30+ years, I'm amazed I no longer have to cope with bloat, pressure, constipation, avoiding certain foods, or wearing larger sized clothing to accommodate a swollen abdomen. Life just got better!

I haven’t felt this well organically in 5 years. I knew something was wrong but test after test came back negative for a responsible element responsible for my constipation and horrible GERD. It feels great after starting to take these. It’s been only 2 weeks. I can see a difference in my gut.

Have been taking about 3 &1/2 weeks and could not tell anything at first. Then bowels started without help. Next thing, I noticed I felt better not only physically but mentally. Now noticing have some energy I was not having. Will continue with it as long as I can afford it.

This is my second 3 bottle order of the

Bio Complete 3. I happen to be very pleased with the results. I do not have the sweet cravings I once had. I am also carefully controlling all my simple carbs. I am eating healthy and following Dr. Gundry’s advice on what foods I should avoid. Happy with my weight loss and increased energy. I have taken other probiotics in the past. Never had the positive results that I am now experiencing.

To start with this star rating doesn't really let me express how I feel I don't hate the product I just have not seen a bit of improvement or change and to me it kind of expensive to see nothing after a few months. I could not recommend it to anyone.

I'm sad because I believed all the "hype" which I thought was sound advice. I wanted the product to work.
