When is the best time to take this? I saw nothing that advised when and how to take.

I have been taking the Bio complete 3 for a few weeks now and at the beginning I didn’t notice any difference. Still suffered bloating and even indigestion and heartburn. But now I’m noticing I can eat without bloat and my system is more regular and feels more complete after I empty my bowel.

I will continue to take these pre pro and post biotic and hope to see even more results down the road like having my body actually absorb nutrients from food so I can absorb vitamins and minerals better.

Seems like it has helped a bunch, need more time for better review.

It stopped all gestational pain after eating. Makes life so much easier. Allows me to enjoy a meal for first time since damage to my gestational was damaged by meds.

A couple of days after my first 4 dose of Bio Complete I already feel better on my stomach, that gurgling sound on my gut although still there is already not much and my bathroom problem is back to normal in every morning but I don’t know if that total restore has something to do with it, and my question to you now Doc is how long I should take this supplements of yours ? Thank you

Hard to say, it's so soon starting, as I only received them a week ago, however I seem to have more energy which was unexpected. And I'm not feeling bloated anymore which is nice.

I was douthful on buying this product. I had problems with my digestive system, constipation, bloating etc.

I being taking 3 capsules every morning with 2 glasses of water and on the 2nd week I started to feel better and regular bowel movement.

I have taken regular probiotics, they didn't work.

I’ve used other probiotics, and Bio Complete 3 works best for me. No more bloating.

From 77yo. I had c-diff 12/21 before open heart & quad bypass. Another round of anti-bio in early July. I've almost finished my first of three bottles of Bio-3. Noting some improvement in gut health.

About the taste - Could you make it taste like coffee Ice cream?

I started using Bio Complete 3 a few weeks ago. after a few days I noticed a change in my bowel habits. I had been having an issue with constipation. I can honestly say, it is not an issue anymore! I have also told other people about this product.

I have had stomach issue for a very long time and it has gotten worse as I get older, especially my lower intestine. Bio Complete 3 started working for me right away. I feel energized, my cravings for sugary, salty junk food has lessened, bloating is gone, no brain fog. All of what was described in the video by Dr Gundry has been very accurate and true. I did have to cut back to one capsule in the morning and one at night after the second week due to having too many trips to the bathroom. I feel so much better now! His product has been a blessing for me and my issues. I highly recommend this product.

I definitely had "leaky gut" symptoms ever since diverticular disease led to a partial colectomy 20 years ago. It was not until my sister, who worked with Dr. Gundry at long ago at Loma Linda, introduced me to the Gundry Diet did I suspect that my bowel was aggravating other health conditions including inflammation.

I decided to try Bio Complete 3. I now understand how much my gut was affecting my overall health and metabolism. Taking just one Bio Complete 3 capsule every morning for several weeks has made a noticeable difference in my bowel health.

Finances being what they were I tried to go without Bio Complete for about a month and a half recently. Big mistake! (And I found out just how much it helps many different biological systems by what was effected by not having it). It helps keep my autoimmune under control, including skin health, not to mention GI and oral health as well.

I take the dosage with my dinner. I have had no stomach issues, since beginning about a month ago. I fact, my over-all health and energy levels have improved.

Everything is going well so far.

I have only just completed two weeks.

I have noticed a slight improvement in my stool regimen, but, I have yet to really notice any reduction in my gut fat and size (I weigh about 95 Kilos, or about 210lbs and I am 6'1").

I’ve only be on it for 3 weeks. My cravings have decreased. Doing my best to stay focused.

This stuff actually makes a difference for my leaky gut. So grateful for Dr. Gundry's (albeit expensive) supplements!
