Bio Complete 3 Reviews

I started taking Bio Complete 3 upon receiving my order. It has worked as expected. You do need to be close to the bathroom soon after taking. It works very well!! I haven’t really had any issues as I was already pretty regular daily. I’m going to be having a Colonoscopy next month though and thought this would be a good idea and surely wouldn’t hurt to have probiotics also.

I was skeptical to try Bio Complete 3, but after taking it for less than 1 month, it has relieved the constant, uncomfortable bloating I haven’t been able to remedy in years! It’s the only product to ever help my stomach issues, reduce gas and inflammation, and help me begin to feel normal again. After years of doctors telling me to eat more fiber, use an laxative, or to just drink more water, I was frustrated because none of that worked for me; I felt helpless. I’m so happy that someone finally did the research to discover how to fix the deeper issue - and offer a natural solution! My gut and I thank Dr. Gundry for cracking the code to gut health!

I started with Bio Complete 3 on Dec 8/2023, not a great time of year to choose. However since starting I am pleased to say my cravings for sweets has reduced significantly. I have always had a problem with my bowels and it has been improving slowly. Definitely in the right direction. As far as having more energy, not noticeable at this time. I have been happy with the results to date and will continue to use Bio complete 3 for the full 90 day period recommended. Looking forward to seeing more beneficial results.

My constant diarrhea has gone away. The need for constantly having to take Imodium has also gone away. I now go to the bathroom normally with solid poop. I feel better than ever, thanks to Bio complete 3 ! Thanks Dr. Gundry!

Bio Complete 3 became my Christmas gift to myself and 90 year old Mother and granddaughter. All of us having recently been on antibiotics. I also shared the video interview of Dr. Gundry to my family members so they understand the importance of preventing and reversing Leaky Gut. Hope they consider ordering too. I was tired of feeling bloated after every meal, even if it was just a piece of fruit. I have never had such a quick effect from a supplement, as the difference was noticeable on Day 2; hardly any bloating, feeling so much more comfortable and a whole lot brighter in myself!

After years and years of gut problems (78F) l have finally found a solution. This has calmed my bowel and I actually feel normal. I don’t take it as prescribed. I take three a day, morning, noon and evening. I also still use Metamucil for bulk since l don’t eat a lot. I have been on this about three weeks and am so grateful to Dr Gundry for developing this supplement.

I was taking Bio3 Complete for about 6 months. It was fine until they changed the formula in August from taking 2 capsules twice a day to 1 capsule twice a day. I did not receive any communication from Gundry about the change until 9/8/23 (email) which I did not see until 9/22/23 after I had continued taking 2 capsules 2x day for 3 weeks of the new formula w/o knowing about the change.

I have been experiencing cramping and serious diarrhea and weight loss since 9/13/23 til today 10/12/23! Went to doctor twice and was tested for every kind of food poisoning. There should have been very obvious notification of the formula change included when the new shipment was received. It has been debilitating for me as a 77 yr old female.

I reached out to Gundry after realizing I had been taking double dosage for 3 wks! They told me to go see my doctor and canceled my subscription. I’m continuing to have diarrhea every morning despite my doctor putting me on Lomotil.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the formula change and the lack of concern for the harmful effects on my health. I don’t know if it’s temporary or permanent harm. Doctor wants me to have a CT scan of my stomach and a colonoscopy now.

I tried this product for 2 months with negative results.

Thanks to the myriad T2D and BP meds that I am on - my GI tract was a MESS...

in LESS than a week (YMMV) things are back to normal. Post meals, my guts sounded like a sub going below crush depth - no more.

"Loose Stool" was THE understatement of the year - also, NO MORE...

well I take a lot of supplements.. for my age at 66 I'm in good shape.. I go kayaking a lot.. do lots of renos.. I bought a lot of supplements from you guy's through out the years.. I really think that's why I feel young and lots of energy.. I truly believe your product has lots to do with me being in good physical shape.. I am a teacher in martial arts and kickboxing.. but now that I'm retired it's kinda hard to buy supplements with hardly any income..

Early days yet but my reflux and gut “ comfort” is improving. Relief from constipation is better too.

Unfortunately my appetite is improving but it is good to enjoy food again.

So far my experience is that I am not losing weight, but I am not Gaining.

Definitely has helped with losing weight, slowly but SURELY! Also no bloating at all even when I was menstruating! I didn’t notice an extra energy but definitely regulated me even more. I really have enjoyed this product! Will be ordering again. Thank you so much!

It's been about three weeks since receiving BioComplete 3. We haven't noticed a huge difference yet, except BM's have been more consistent. Have not lost any weight yet and haven't noticed any other benefits although my wife and I just got over COVID again so we will see. We are both taking it and we will give it until the 90 days to assess before we request return.

Bio3 Complete is a little pricey, but I really don’t have to take anything else but that. So overall I’m saving money.

It is awesome. I can feel my body responding very well, and I have notice a change in my first bottle of bio complete 3

The bio complete is the first supplement I could use that eliminated my IBS. I’ve been taking it every day for 30 days and my stomach has gone down I’ve lost weight and I feel so much better thank you so much.
