I've always had a problem with going to the bathroom. This has helped me tremendously.

The only time time I have an issue is when over eating and it being a non healthy food.

I like the fact that it is a prebiotic and a probiotic .

Postbiotic is in here which I had never heard of before. I've tried many Probiotics before but it never has helped me like this one has.

Before I used Bio Complete 3, I always had gut pain lots of diarrhea. I was always uncomfortable all the time when sitting. Since using this product I feel like a new person. I no longer fight with going to the bathroom and having to constantly be near one at all times. My gut no longer hurts all the time. This product I can truly say is amazing!!

This amazing product has been really cleaning my gut out and aiding my digestion. But, mainly.. it has cured my wife’s diverticulitis.

I have had digestion and stomach issues for years. I have tried drug store probiotics and several of the #1 rated probiotics. Some just did nothing a few may have worked slightly. I had been reading about Dr. Gundry and watching his videos. I thought to myself - just another sales pitch but what have I got to lose - because sometimes my issues just get me down. I ordered Bio Complete 3 and have been taking it as directed. Honestly and surprisingly I think this is the solution! In the short time I’ve taken it I have only had one digestive issue and that was because I ate a bad for me meal. It’s still early but I am so happy. (and you can believe if it is short lived I’ll let y’all know).

So far so good! I couldn’t wait to receive and start taking my supplements. I decided to give them a try after watching some of the videos that Dr. Gundry made to explain his experience and discoveries. I have long been skeptical of the modern “cut and prescribe” medical practices. Not to discredit modern medicine, but there are many many ailments that can be remedied by dietary changes instead of masking the symptoms with drugs. Since taking the supplements for a while, I have noticed more regular bowel movements and it seems to be making a difference with my migraines and weekend headaches.

I have been taking Bio Complete 3 since January, 2022. I have been very pleased with the results. I would occasionally have sharp pains in my abdominal area followed by frequent trips to the bathroom that would last up to several hours. There were times these pains were excruciating! I have not had any of these bouts since taking Bio Complete 3!!! Thank you, Dr. Gundry!!!!

Since beginning this product I've become regular in my bowel movements. I use to struggle with constipation & irregularity, but now I go 1-2 times a day with soft easy experiences. Seems like TMI, but it's worth telling you that it's truly helping.

This is an excellent supplement and I have used it with great success daily. It has accomplished all that I was expecting after reading the Review of the supplement.

My bowel movements have definitely gotten better, but other than that, I'm still waiting. I'm just not sure what I'm supposed to feel or what I can expect to get better. I'm a diabetic and have Celiacs disease. I'm probably 40-50 pounds overweight, but I do workout with weights and 40-45 minutes of cardio 4 times a week. I'm hoping to lose some weight, it just hasn't happened yet.

Quite amazed at the reduction in acid reflux and bloating and intestinal discomfort after a couple days using Bio Complete 3. Now 3 weeks later and continued improvement.

Last gastroenterologist appointment they prescribed ulcer medicine for the acid reflux. Took it once and didn’t like how I felt and decided no more band-aid approach. Get to the cause and researched myself. That is when I found The Plant Paradox.

I am just new to your products. I know that the Bio3 is definitely helping my gut health. Along with the Energy Renew I feel like I have more energy .I still have a long way to go because I am care giver to my husband and after almost 2 years in this pandemic my energy level has bottomed out. I have requested your latest product so I hope that when the spring arrives I will be enjoying more energy to garden . If my energy is renewed and I also lose weight you will be hearing about my successes. Hopefully looking forward to a better quality of life.

I feel it's improving my overall health and Im regular bowel movements. I'm having lots of energy more than usual and feeling wonderful.

I did not have much hope of anything happening. Much to my surprise noticed a difference in regular movements of waste, no gas, no constipation. I do not know why but less sugar cravings and less wanting to munch something.

As soon as I started taking the Gundry Bio Complete 3, I saw a change in my gut health. This formula has begun to get my bowel issues under control. A bad gallbladder had doctors constantly prescribing antibiotics and it eventually did enough damage to my gut that I was rendered house-bound. And removing the gallbladder made no difference in the condition of my microbiome. Since I started taking the Bio Complete 3, I can depend on my intestines to perform the way they should and I am able to go out and enjoy my life.

My wife and I really like Bio Complete 3. We have been taking it for 6 months now and actually ran out for 3-4 weeks and noticed a major difference in our gut and heartburn returned. Once our shipment arrived and we started taking it again our guts were much happier and heartburn was gone again! We will make sure we don’t run out again before ordering with the subscription service!

This has been an amazing 1st month of Bio Complete 3! In this time I have had considerably fewer days with bloating and uncertain bowel functions. The best I can say is that 'everything is normal' once again! I have also seen a drop in my blood glucose readings with no other changes to my diet. I went from an average of 125 to about 105 daily, in the mornings and about an hour before dinner.

I just put my last few days in my little pill holder and realized I am out. Then my email showed me the next bottle is on its way. Great service and finally a product that does what it says it will do. Thanks Dr. Gundry :)

Since I started taking Bio Complete 3, I became regular and didn’t feel bloated like before taking it. I feel more relaxed.

I have been having trouble with Metformin. I came across you video at an opportune time. The connection with butyrate seemed very plausible so I tried it. It definitely seems to help. Thanks.
