Energy level
My husband and I are enjoying the Bio Complete 3. We have noticed a change in our energy level. We have also been more active and changing over our diet to lectin-free foods.
No snacking anymore.
I have been taking Bio Complete 3 for three weeks now and I feel it has suppressed my desire to eat snacks in the evenings while watching TV. My dinner seems to make me content and full.
I had a problem with constipation before taking Bio Complete 3 and needed to take Metamucil every day. Since I started Bio I only take the Metamucil a few times a week now. Much improved in that department.
I also feel like I am losing a bit of weight. So far I dropped about 4 lbs. I am not trying to diet but I am happy to see those pounds go.!
I promised myself to stick with this routine for another 3 months. I will be happy to do another survey then.
Definite positive effect
Skeptical at first as with any online product. I was desperate to resolve my digestive issues as my Primary Physicians recommendations were not working. The first week made a big difference. Beware: Bio Complete 3 can have ill side-effects
I began my regimen of Bio Complete 3 with one supplement before breakfast. I kept that habit for one week. On the second week, still with no ill side-effects, I added one supplement before dinner in the evening. On the third week, with no adverse side-effects, I added the second recommended supplement to the breakfast regime.
After being on that amount, I decided to stay at that level. About one to two weeks later (week 3 or 4), I began to have horribly severe, lower intestinal cramping and mild nausea. I immediately discontinued the supplements because it was the only new thing I had added to my daily habit.
After I stopped the Bio Complete 3 supplements, the severe cramping and mild nausea continued for three and one-half weeks before it stopped all together, lasting for less and less time each time the cramping and nausea happened: once or twice every day. I was compelled to take one Zofran to help lessen the nausea.

Firstly I want to thank you for making this product, I am very in tune with my body, I have a lot of food intolerances so have to be aware when something is reacting. I can honestly say that I noticed a difference straight away after taking Bio Complete 3, I can’t explain how but my body feels very happy which then affect my mood and I feel happy, I found the dose a bit high to start with so just took 2 a day for a while then upped it to 4.
I take a lot of supplements but this is the best one by far. Thanks again

Bio Complete 3, is an amazing product. Within the first week I was noticing the effects. I get the real feeling of being "belly happy" and we all know the gut is the second mind. I would highly recommend Bio Complete 3 to anyone.
The only down fall, for me is being in New Zealand it's quite expensive after the conversion rate and shipping, wish it was more accessible.
