I bought this as a last resort for the IBS I have suffered severely from for over 30 years. Nothing has worked and I didn’t expect these to work either, but I was wrong! Just over a week of taking them and my symptoms have all but gone and I am losing weight from my belly without even trying! I am gob smacked, thank you so much!

While it is always difficult to be sure that a new supplement is creating results, I have noticed some changes within my gut and with my digestion since starting Bio Complete 3 and Full Restore.

The most noticeable is higher quality bowel movements - improved regularity and more complete relief with one bowel movement. No second visits to the restroom anymore. Much better scores on the Bristol stool scale. I was not diagnosed with anything other than IBS but after researching I came to believe I was suffering from leaky gut and perhaps developing diverticulitis. Frequent gas and bloating, seemingly no matter what I ate.

While there are still foods that flare up symptoms, and that is a continual a process of elimination diet, paying attention, and tinkering what I eat, how much, how fast, and when. However I do honestly feel like the Gundry products are helping calm things down, allowing me to reach a symptom free baseline, and reversing the affects of leaky gut.

Overall, increasing my gut's resiliency. I can't yet speak to the claimed benefits of increased energy, mood, better sleep, etc because I was already faring quite well in all those categories - just gassy and bloaty. That has improved and I'm going to continue supplementing with Bio Complete and plan to finish the entire cycle of Total Restore.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This product is terrific. I can't comment on the science, but my somewhat troublesome GI system seems to have "smoothed" right out.

No side effects when taking the supplement 1 capsule with breakfast and the other with dinner.

I’ve been taking 2 capsules every morning after breakfast for the last few weeks and feel much better. Bowel movements are much more complete and bloating diminished noticeably. Very visible on beach in bikini!!

I have Hashimoto's and found Bio Complete 3 to help with digestion and also found myself to have more energy and less brain fog while using this product.

I have taken Bio Complete 3 daily for at least two years. It works wonders and keeps me regular every day.

After using this product for three weeks, taking one per day, I have definitely noticed many changes.

I am on week 2 of Bio Complete 3, this product is wonderful! I had been on 2 rounds of antibiotics, in the hospital for sarcoidosis for 4 days. When I returned home Bio Complete 3 had arrived,

I poop every day, my brain fog lifted about day 5 and energy returned...it was like a light switch had been flipped on my body! I started taking Bio Complete 3 about 4 tp 5 weeks ago. I had been having some pain and feeling full in my lower tract, regular discomfort and constipation.

In about a week I noticed a definite improvement, and as time went by I started having daily, softer bowel movements and sleeping better as a result.

An MD friend told me in passing that she liked what Dr Gundry had to say about gut health. So, I listened to a few infomercials and when I was looking to buy a probiotic, decided to give Gundry MD a try. Bio Complete 3 has helped control my occasional bouts of IBS. What I was not expecting was vast improvement with eczema and seborrheic dermatitis. I have had scaled itchy skin in my eyebrows and ears for years. The creams and lotions prescribed by the dermatologist helped but if I slacked off, it would come roaring back. I noticed last week, that despite not using the medications, both the eczema on my arms & legs has also disappeared. My ears are no longer fuzzy and flaking. My eyebrows seem about 90% clearer. Taking Bio Complete 3 is the only thing I can think of that could have contributed to my skin health.

Amazing results. I also take Total Restore. My quality of life has improved significantly. No more Prilosec. My stomach has been on a roller coaster for many years. I can now say I am in the coasting mode. Thank you.

Bio 3 has changed my whole status when it comes to my gut. I'm so pleased that I took my chance and yes it works wonders. I'm waiting now for my 2nd. shipment to arrive.

I have been using Bio Complete 3 for about a month, and I am very impressed. As a woman in her early 40's, I experience some of the pre-menopausal changes like bloating, dull skin, bowel irregularity and intense cravings for sugar and processed foods. Since starting this formulation, I have had substantially less of these, and overall, feel more energized.

I would also like to note that I suffer from a condition called lichen sclerosis, which has historically been managed by using a topical steroid cream. Since starting Bio Complete 3, my symptoms have decreased substantially, to the point where I need the cream very rarely. I do want to note that my condition flares more in the summer, when it is hot and humid, so I definitely want to see how this works during that season before determining if this will continue, but wanted to pass along my thoughts for anyone who suffers from this. I'm 30 days in. I have less bloating and feel much more comfortable in my digestive tract. I'm starting to lose the cravings for snacks after dinner. Now I can't wait for my joint support to arrive!

I started taking Bio Complete 3 and my overall health is feeling better. I've been able to start a healthier diet and not to eat out of anxiety, I believe thanks to Bio Complete 3, leading to some weight loss already.

I have been using BioComplete + Total Restore + Lectin Shield for maybe 3 years. I already had two stents in my artery. I had gained many pounds . I weighed over 200 lbs... unbelievable to me. J an 5 foot 2 inches tall. I was working and eating at restaurants a lot. I ordered salads and watched my portions and still kept gaining. I had heard about your journey and your decision to understand digestion and the gut. So using my trio of Gundry supplements to heal the gut I began to lose weight. Before COVID I had my stents and I completed 30 sessions of physical therapy and had followed their advice and continued using the reclining bike and walking in my cities recreation center. Then COVID ended that custom. So I continued exercise at home. I am not remembering exactly when I joined NOOM, obtained a FitBit watch. This partnership helped me be honest with myself about what foods I ate. So this still helps me.

I added Gundry supplement trio about this time. I started with my trio of BioComplete, Total Restore and Lectin Shield . I began experiencing eating satisfaction, ample energy, and my bowel movements began to sink! I also now use Gundry Olive Oil daily. I also often add Primal Plants, Vital Reds, Proplant Complete Shake to my meals. Daily I use MCT Wellness mixed with GT's raw kombucha usually in the morning. I classify the cost in my grocery budget.

I listen to Dr. Gundry's podcast and his education about quality of foods and fish and meats. I now only eat green bananas.

My health is good. I buy mostly organic fresh vegetables. I prefer eggs from pasture raised chickens.

I have had excellent results thus far on Bio Complete 3. Regular bathroom habits, less cravings and better energy. I hope the results will continue forever!
