No payment confirmation, no answers to emails and unfair policies
My g-plans experience began wrongly and just didn't get far:
1) The day I subscribed, the payment page crashed at least 5 times, so at the end I actually gave up and thought the payment wasn't made. To my surprise, the payment had actually worked but I didn't get any CLEAR confirmation email (just a long email from some consultant about the results of my test). I noticed all this about 10 days after my try to subscribe, and had no log-in information!
2) I wrote an email then in order to clarify my subscription and the login-in data, but I didn't receive any answer for 20 days (except for an automatically generated email saying I should look in the website)
3) Without getting any answer, g-plans tried to automatically charge my credit card for the second month (without use for me!). Greatly I have a pre-paid card, which I used for that, and they couldn't charge anything. I wasn't expecting to make any payment under those conditions.
4) I finally called them and cancelled my subscription, getting no refund. A guy called Jordan helped me on the phone and even offered me to charge the 2nd month but get 1 month for free after that, which seemed kind of fair (he was patient and surely trying to be nice with a client --that is the reason for the extra star) but I didn't take this option. I explained to him that it is still unfair from them, because they knew -and surely could proof- I could not use my account!
So, perhaps it can work for some people, but I generally didn't get a feeling of trust and commitment for best service in this enterprise. Surely you can figure out how to lose weight yourself or with a nutritionist in your town.

They have poor customer service conditions. If you sign up for 30 days, you can get a refund. However, if you want to take advantage of additional products and extend the 30-day plan you don't qualify for a refund. That makes no sense: try us for 30 days and like us and pay more however if you sign up long term (by trusting us from the beginning) and don't like our product, sorry for you!
How does this foster customer loyalty?
You get customer support but all their responses are pre-scripted, and it doesn't address your actual complaint. The plan is very labour intensive (i.e six meals a day), and in some parts of the world, the foods they suggest is costly or not easily attainable. They have ingredient and meal swaps but honestly, it's just difficult and more time-consuming.
The cherry on top for me is that Dr Goglia sends you a video about how common medicines can ruin your weight loss journey, (it's just a ploy to get you to buy his probiotic capsules) however he is overweight in that video. When I raised this, the customer service representative Ashley says 'Dr Goglia has gone through a lot in his life, if you took the time to look him up, I bet you'd be amazed on what he has overcome. blue_heart'. Even the responses by the support team to the reviews on Trustpilot is a stock standard response. "We are sorry that YOU are feeling this way.' They take no responsibility.
The eating plan is nothing new, save yourself the money, time and frustration of their marketing gimmicks.
Big Scam
I had originally signed up for the $39 monthly plan. However, I noticed I was charged twice for two different amounts. One being $39 and the second $121. I had sent several messages to the online chat support with no return responses.
I called the number listed just a short while ago to explain the situation and ask for the refund that they say is guaranteed within the first 30 days. What a lie that is. They refused to issue a refund because of the “upgrade I opted for.” I didn’t opt for any upgrade. Every extra thing they tried to get you to add I checked no.
So now here I am out money that is not what I signed up for in the first place. They have flat out refused to issue a refund like they state prior to signing up. Be cautious if you opt to sign up. They are no help whatsoever. It’s more like a big scam in my opinion.

SCAM!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS! I bought this less than 48 hours ago and paid for the one year plan in full. I called today after my health care provider advised me not to use this plan as it was not a balanced sustainable plan for my needs.
I contacted customer service and said I wanted to refund my purchase and the rep told me I did not qualify since I bought the full year. This company does not stand behind the 30 day money back guarantee.
They prey on people desperate to lose weight and get healthy and even though my doctor advised me against this plan and it was purchased less than 48 hours ago they will not honor their word!
RUN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Dr. Goglia is a medicine man selling snake oil! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

The money back is only for the pro plan which is the 30 day plan. Who calls their smallest package "pro" ? What is the annual packaged called? "Stupid!"

There is a lot of up-selling - it is very hard to get through the screens as they try again and again to sell you something. I thought the program was focused on helping people but when I tried to cancel I couldn't get through.
I eventually sent an email and didn't get a response. I finally got through and they said no refund. They should be shut down- it is an appalling business practice.

I saw this plan and thought, why not? I'll give it a try. It is nothing special, nothing different. Meals, advice, tips, etc. Anyway, I paid for the one month subscription. I did not sign up for more than that. But as the month came to an end, I re-looked at the plan and it looked like it would renew.
They state that they are open Monday -Saturday, 9-6, EST. I tried to call throughout the day Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. NO response. A recorded message.
I left messages as well as emailing. They charged me again. I disputed with my credit card company. They refunded, but then recharged as G plans said that I did not contact them. They make it next to impossible.
Obviously with such poor customer service, there is no real product to sell. No real advice . A load of crap from a company that takes your money for nothing!

G Plans, is a Bait and Switch Scam
Beware of this company they do NOT have your best interests at heart. I clicked to buy a special to read a book based on $17 offer, only to end up with an unwanted subscription that offered a few exercises and an option to look at 3x a meal throughout the day.
This was NOT what I signed up for, and I had no access to the very "bait" the books, I had given my credit card details to. You then of course get No one returning your emails, you have to cancel your CC to avoid them taking further unwanted payments of your card.
This is called a bait and switch scam. They bait you, don't specify what they are selling you, you have no access to cancel or remove your cc. This company has hundreds of complaints.

WARNING::: Wanted to try out a Month, It wasn't for me... taught I cancel it when in reality I didn't and got charged for the year plan!!
Their staff has no intention on even trying to solve issues related to refunds will simply tell you it is not possible but that if you like they can cancel the auto subscription... really??
No regards of attracting the right customer they just want to fool as many people as possibl

Do NOT purchase a thing from them. Should you discover the plan is not for you, that 100% refund disappears.
G-Plan is a big Scam. I am getting my credit card company involved to help.
Someone needs to stop Dr. Goglia and his company, G-Plans, from robbing people of the money they / we worked for. He is getting super rich off of people's innocence and trust. What kind of physician is he?
