Scammers non refundable
I am giving this 0 stars, little did I know they will charge you so much! I have kids and wasn’t expecting to spend this much and they didn’t even give you a chance to review your order. Money is non refundable even though it doesn’t say that at all on the website, such scammers.
Never again for me, I am wanting to sue this company there’s so many people losing money… I’m glad I figured it out right away.

My college age daughter selected the $39 option only to be hit with $400 deducted within 15 minutes. She never saw language that it was chargeable for a year and not refundable.
Same complaint from literally hundreds of others if you look at their reviews, BBB and FTC - so clearly, they are NOT clear and are misleading consumers. Urging the government to take action to shut this scam artist down. victims, report to BBB, FTC, your local Attorney General and the Justice Department. Call your local media.
Seeking justice for my daughter and the literally hundreds, probably thousands, of others injured by their deceptive trade practices.
I really wish I saw this… I wish there was something to do about it, online doesn’t say anything about it being nonrefundable, I am kinda wanting to sue just to get my money back and with the miscommunications

Strongly suggest you do some critical assessment of your web app having 20% of your ratings at the lowest level.
Stop using covert techniques to get people to sign up and pay for services they did not mean to select based on what appear to be a deliberate strategy to do just that.
Not ethical at all but then again we don't really live in a world that has any ethics.....step up and do the right thing.

It Is A Huge Scam. Do Not Use!
Do not use them. They will not cancel when you ask them to and will continue to draft from your account without your permission. I called for a refund after the drafted from my account without my permission and have yet to see the money put back into my account.
G-Plans Scammers
I was so excited to try this program out until I saw my bill and was overcharged almost $200 which they claimed I selected (I DID NOT) and now they are refusing to stick by their 30 day money back guarantee.
Check out the Better Business Bureau I can't believe how many people they have stolen from! I bought the pro plan and they upgraded my account without consent and changed me an annual fee which they are refusing to refund. Terrible customer service and business.
Tip for consumers:
Don't work with this company they are not interested in working with you.
Products used:
This was a purchase for G Plans it appeared to be a good program but they scammed me out of money. Full refund but they don't provide one.

Do Not Do Business With This Company
If I could give negative stars, I would. This company uses false advertising and terms and conditions you don't even know you're agreeing to, to overcharge you. And when you ask for a refund they tell you it's non-refundable per their policies.
DON'T fall for their "incredible deal" -- it's not one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, they are scamming people out of their hard-earned money with dishonest marketing.

I had the same issue with being charged $288 and I have talked with their support and because of their terms and conditions they can not give me a refund of any of my money. I reached out to the company the same day that my bank called me about a possible fraudulent charge.
They just got back to me today about all of this. I think this is absolutely ridiculous! I would be okay if I was still charged the $39.00 that I thought I was going to get charged!
I just when through the same thing and even though I made a mistake in clicking the year option (I only wanted 30 days) and the money has not left my account, they say there is nothing they can do. Okay, maybe they can't however I'm contacting my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge.
Update: In going back through what took place yesterday; I'm honestly not sure the mistake was mine due to the fact there are two separate charges to my account. I have filed a dispute with my bank and have also applied for a new card so they can't come back to me in a year or whatever and try to "renew" my subscription.
I wish I'd found these reviews sooner - I would have never gone through the quiz process, etc.
Good call. I cancelled and they hit my card a year later.

Buyer Beware
I purchased a one year membership for their special pricing. This was not a plan that I could use, but I chalked it up to my own one year cost loss. Be aware this is a reoccurring subscription service! When I was alerted my card was charged a second time, within minutes I called customer service. They explained their policy is to notify a week before renewal - I never received any communication and was directed to refer to their terms listed on their website.
Well, despite in print the website stating "After 12 months you must reactivate your membership manually to continue." they continue to push my request for refund of charge aside even though I never had the opportunity to manually reactivate or agree to another year of service. Despite me pointing out that their own terms contradict what they are saying, the company completely disregards any type of rational customer service practices.
While the plan or service may work for you, their business is quite simply just out to get your money. You can purchase 1 month to 1 year, but that's not all, you also get constant emails requesting more money for more services. Please do not waste your money or your time on this.
SAME thing happened to me. They steal and refuse to return my money.
Dishonest beyond belief
I took the “free” quiz. I had to pay if I wanted results and all I got were spam emails.
No support team.
Could this be a good program? Maybe. I did lose 3 pounds in the first week, but because of the ZERO customer support I have to give it a poor rating. They do not answer messages ("live chat") via the app. which is stated they usually respond in less than 2 hours. It's been a week now. They do not answer their phone. After one week, they still have not approved my request to join the Facebook page that they state will provide me with Zoom calls and answer questions. I have questions! Due to this, I would never recommend this program.
I also feel I was scammed with the pricing. During check out process I was prompted to add the "2 week accelerator" for what I thought was an additional $10 dollars. So instead of the $40 initial charge I was being charged $50. NOPE. They charged the $50 in ADDITION to the $40. And I still have no idea what the 2 week accelerator is... because no one will answer questions. My advice is keep searching for a similar plan (if you like the idea of this) with more (any) support.
It is a joke. The people manning their phones barely speak English.

Scam! I can confirm all of the above!
My experience was very dissatisfying and I feel scammed.
1)After starting the program, I realized that the recipes they are offering are quite limited in nutrient choice and very repetitive. When I tried to adjust the food preferences to increase diversification, the app did not react at all. Same food, same receipts.
2) I tried to add my own ingredients (simple food) and most the app does not even recognize. Instead it offers products from processed food companies. Gives very much the impression of advertisement...
3) After 3 weeks I started to contact them via the chat function. As long as you ask money unrelated question, the robot is answering. As soon as you ask a concrete question regarding the subscription or terms for cancellation, the answers stop and you are completely (!!) ignored.
I then started calling the help desk number - nobody answering. I called 2 days in row until I decided to leave a message on the answering machine - it’s unfortunately for the bin... Nobody ever returned the call nor reacted in the chat.
Meanwhile they spam you with additional offering about extra services you could buy on top. All together very disappointing.
TRUE SCAM> Charges should be filed in a class action lawsuit.

Lost 3 pounds in 7 days
I've been on the plan for a week and lost 3 pounds so far. I'm not hungry at all and I feel healthier than I have in a long time.
I did not receive my initial email so I called them left a message and someone called the the next day to resolve.
Too bad all the others have had issues. It seems like a great program to me so far.
