I have really wanted a flatter stomach, so I am very satisfied.
The flavor is pleasing and it is a satisfying drink.
The flavor is very good. It is filling, so I drink it in the afternoon as a pick-me-up instead of grabbing for a cookie, chocolate or nute.
It certainly is good with the gut and does seem to provide mental clarity for the rest of the day and extended energy to get things done. I have only been drinking this this week, but sleep seems to have improved also.

list above recommends unsweetened almond milk - an ad just ran on youtube where he states not to use almond or oat milk . . . there seems to be contradictions from what he states/writes and runs in his very long, scripted ads . . .
Exactly what I was thinking….he said not to drink almond or oat milk but instead to drink macadamia milk or Brazil nut milk. So which is it?

I bought BIO 3. I think that what is was called. It was supposed to clear out all of the nasty crap that had built up in your colon. I thought what the heck, with all of the positive reviews, I'll go ahead and sign up for a 3 month supply. Money back guaranteed.
Within 2 days of starting to take it after no bowel movements I began having incredibly painful cramps accompanied with "constant water squirts". No fecal matter at all. I gave up and it took another week for my body to get back to a somewhat normal state.
You have to pay for the entire package, all of the bottles, even empty to be sent back. Good luck waiting on a refund. I trashed the whole lot.
I had to block Gundry from sending me multiple emails every day with some new product.
