First thing is the MCT wellness taste very good! My energy level is up a little bit seems to be getting better the more that I use it and I am very consistent with using it every day.

My digestive issues are much more normal, and my energy level is up tremendously. It is easy to take in the morning, and gets me moving right away.

Loving the MCT and Vital Reds. I’ve been adding them to a breakfast smoothly for my husband and I, and we noticed right away a difference in energy level as well as fewer cravings during the day. They taste great, and are good by themselves in water. We have felt healthier, had more energy - and highly recommend them.

I don't write many reviews but when your health and wellbeing is the subject, then I feel it's important to share your experience. MCT Wellness is a terrific product. After only a few days, I could feel a significant difference. Many if not all my little aches and pains diminished or went away completely. I also found myself surprised by how much more clearly my mind was working. Seems my fog was lifted. One small thing is not only does this product work, it also tastes good, so I enjoy taking it.

I have consumed the first container of Vital Reds; normally power type products leave something to be desired. With this product I can't wait to mix up spoon full in the morning. I feel great after taking it, seams strand to say but it makes me feel younger and at 64 I need all the help I can get. My wife has noticed a difference as she can't believe how much energy I now have.
I feel it work, but not positive YET.

The first "Time" I took it, I woke up the next day with no pain in my hip joints and lower back(which had started about 2 months earlier), BUT.. after a couple of days, the pain came back.. BUT... after a couple of weeks and resuming my "walking".. it disappeared again.. Also, it seems to have an effect (Not %100 sure, because I have ALSO added "Total Restore" and "Active Advantage" (other Dr. Gundry supplements) at the SAME time, to my diet, so there are a lot of "Factors" simultaneously at work... I will update this in 3 months, after I do my regular "Blood works" check up.

After 30 days on MCT Wellness, my stamina is improved, my mental clarity and just overall feeling of wellness is amazing. I'm telling all my friends about it. Plus the watermelon lemonade flavor is delightful.

I’ve only been taking vital reds with the mct wellness for about 3 weeks. I love the flavours. Very easy to take. I have a chronic neurogenic cough which has been diagnosed through exclusion . I’m on gabapentin. I increased my dosage at the same time as starting these products. My energy is good. I’ve just ordered the prebiotics hoping that improving gut health can help my gerd and my cough. Fingers crossed
Feeling Healthy Never Felt So Good!

MCT Wellness has helped with my focus and mental clarity. I have lost a few pounds in one months time. It should also be noted I have been eating healthier and exercising more consistently. I feel like I have more energy and the watermelon lemonade flavor is perfect for my palate.

MCT Wellness Raspberry Medley Gives Me Extra Energy!!

I have been using MCT Wellness daily for about 3 weeks & love it! I have sometimes used it in the morning when I'm extra tired & need something to help me get going & I've also used it in the afternoon to help me get over my mid-afternoon slump! I love having the extra energy & I have even lost a few lbs. so far, which is a big plus for me!

Been drinking MCT Wellness for a few months now. I'm not tired in the afternoon and have also been sleeping much better. I don't wake up 3 or 4 times a night like I used to. I have also lost 15 lbs and 2 inches off my waist.

There are many reasons to consider MCT Wellness. It tastes great ( raspberry is my favorite flavor) and it is easy to prepare. I am 69 years young and I actually feel better since I started MCT. I also take Bio Complete 3. I have gone from sluggish to much more regular and it feels great!
How many times a day should I mix and drink?

The product tastes very good and has given me the ability to eat less and resist sweets. My only question is, how many times a day should I have this? I currently mix the product in the morning and drink it throughout the day.
