I have been taking Vital Reds for about 5 years. I know when I have missed my daily dosage. It gives me a lot of energy and helps protect me from sickness. My husband has been home for the past two weeks with a terrible cold, terrible cough, etc. He keeps asking me “why are you never sick?” He wants to know what kind of vitamins do you take? With Lectin Shield, I'm able to enjoy the foods I love without fearing I'll have to run to the bathroom immediately after. Digesting the things I eat properly gives me more energy and I can snack on healthy salads instead of loaded sweets. My favorite is broccoli salad, but it can be difficult to digest without Lectin Shield. I totally love this product! Thank you.

Feel Great after 3 years of using vital reds! Arthritis is gone after eliminating nightshades! You could use quinoa if you pressure cook it….you got that wrong!

I am writing to report that I feel that taking Total Restore for over 40 days now that I am seeing good results in my bowel function. Also, there is way less bloating. I am a 10-year breast cancer survivor who was diagnosed November 2021 with Metastatic Breast Cancer, it has reoccurred in the bones. What lead to this diagnosis though was a bowel issue that took me to the emergency room this visit resulted in a CT scan that showed the liaison. There is no in MTB in any of the organs. I started taking the Total Restore in September 2022. Took it for 30 days wasn't sure if I noticed a difference. So, I stopped taking it. Did not take it for 2 months and did notice that I was feeling very bloated and not having a regular bowel movement. I had consulted my oncologist what she thought the first go around about taking the Total Restore, she looked at the list of ingredients and didn't feel that it would cause a problem with the Letrozole that I am taking. She asked me how it went, and I said that I noticed a slight difference. She suggested I try it for a little longer. I purchased a 90-day supply and as stated earlier I am about 40ish days in. I do notice a difference in way less bloating and more regular bowel movements. I went from a bowel movement a week to 1 a day. Also, I need to state that I am not taking any opioid pain medication so that not what has caused the bowel problem. That is still undetermined. Again, I feel that I am moving in the right direction with the Total Restore supplement.

I started using my vital reds about one month ago.., I try to use before my breakfast between my lunch hour. I enjoy the fresh taste in my month as I swallow it … my minds is telling me mmmm delicious. At the same I feel better knowing I am doing a great start to a better to improve my day,I say about an half hour or less I feel satisfied light in my stomach.I also noticed my belly is out bloated or gases .

My notice my routine is improving my digestion very good ..I DONT feel tired at midday… as I use to . Happy to see your experience in Instagram.I have made an effort to do more in eating out and starting to make better choice in my daily intake of what not to eat .

So far Total Restore has been amazing, I normally have stomach issues like bloating and an unsettling feeling. After about a week and a half no more issues. It’s nice to have a settled stomach for once.

I started taking vital reds less than a month ago and I have more energy . I also noticed I sleep better.

It’s been about a month since beginning Lectin Shield. I haven’t noticed any adverse affects, but I also can’t confirm for sure at this time if it’s helping either. I can say I have stayed on my exercise regime, as recommended, and I have noticed the benefits of daily exercise. I actually look forward to my daily speed walks. I haven’t really changed my diet, but I mostly eat pretty healthy anyway. I have not experienced the usual yo-yo weight loss and weight gain, so thinking the Lectin Shield is doing what it claims to do. I’m hoping this next month will provide more insight into how it is affecting my lipids/ cholesterol. If I shed more weight and manage to keep it off keep it off. I have managed to lose and keep off about 3-4 lbs due to the walking I’m doing daily, so that’s a plus.

Bottom line, I think it’s helping, but I need more time.

It has helped me with my stomach discomfort. I have energy and less fatigue especially in my brain. My brain fog has diminished slightly. And most importantly it taste delicious!

Have not experienced any weight loss. However, I have not been craving snacks, which is a good thing.

Easy to swallow capsules. Still waiting to experience that was advertised.

Vital Reds make good health possible. My stomach doesn't digest well, and although I originally tried Vital Reds to make sure I got the "colors" in my diet, I found instantly that they helped my stomach empty. I take it 3x/day, after every meal, and it is a godsend! Thanks so much, Dr. Gundry! You nailed it!

A bit early to tell conclusively. I am in my first month.

I have been taking Vital Reds for more than a year now. I originally ordered it for the health benefits. At the time, I was also taking OTC Bi-Flex for knee pain according to a doc tor’s recommendation. My experience with Bi-Flex was as long as I didn’t miss a day taking it, I had no issues with my knee joint. However, if I skipped even one day, I felt the pain in my knee joint. While traveling out of state I ran out of the Bi-Flex but was still taking the Vital Reds. To my surprise, my knee joint didn’t start hurting. That was about a year ago and I haven’t taken Bi-Flex since. Now to be fair, if I miss about a week of taking the Vital Reds, I will experience the knee joint pain when going down steps. I can miss a day or two with no effect. Unlike the Bi-Flex. I’m very happy with my experience with the Vital Reds.

With in a week or so I started to notice that my hands were not swelling especially the joints. Since then my whole body is feeling different. I didn't change what I eat and I do not have a weight problem. I'm the same size but just feeling younger and free to move around . I had problems with my elbows when I vacuumed not happening now. .

The last few years, bowl movements have been more hit or miss...nothing I would call consistent. I'm certain a great deal of that was contributed to improper nutrition. What I realized, even after getting my diet in order (or should say my lifestyle eating) I still had difficulty in being "regular". My grandmother always stressed the importance of a daily "BM" for being healthy...that was 60 years ago. I was a bit skeptical when ordering Total Restore but thought it was worth a try. I noticed significant differences in my stool after a couple weeks. Now, I can honestly say, I am regular daily and Total Restore is supports the benefits of healthy eating. Gut health is so important. Great product!

I was captured by Dr. Gundry's videos. I watched all of them that I bought his Biocomplete 3 + 2 more bottles, Total Restore and his Probiotic. Watching the videos it was a full refund, no hassle return, if not satisfied. I took them the first month and I saw no difference, even changing my diet. Now I'm told I have to send the product back. How am I supposed to know if it works if I don't try the product? We go all in if anything will work, thought this was a great, understanding company. Was completely hassled when I said it didn't work. Will return the extra two bottles, but his videos lie to you, unfortunately. It's not explained on the video which they ask you to watch. I hope it works for you, but don't try if it might not work, THIS IS DECEPTIVE.

Two weeks into using MCT Wellness along with Probiothrive and Vital reds.... so far I'm noting subtle changes for the better and I definitely feel good after taking my MCT Wellness first thing in the morning! Still got a few bad habits to get rid of at which point I believe change for the better will continue and likely faster!

I’m a big fan of the Vital Reds. My energy level has increased, I’ve noticed I am less hungry throughout the day and I no longer experience that 3:30 crash.
