It’s filling and aids in appetite suppression

This is my review of Probiotive. I just finished my first jar. Though I have no trouble with bowel movement, I’ve noticed that it may be contributing to a suppression of appetite which is good in my efforts to reduce weight. I take it first thing in the morning. I prepare the drink well ahead sometimes overnight because the powder doesn’t dissolve easily. I feel full the entire morning and don’t feel hungry until mid-day in time for my dose of MCT Wellness.

I am taking bio complete 3 it works for I see moderate improvement reduce gas on my stomach but I feel arthritis pain on my fingers.is there supplements that help for arthritis Thank you.

I love the vital reds and the MCT Wellness! I have been taking both for about 2 months now and I feel fantastic. Increased energy and an over all feeling of well being. I have lost 17 lbs and counting. I also got my husband hooked on them. He loves them as well!!

I definitely notice an increased vitality and stamina as advertised. The powder also tastes good unlike some others I have tried. Seems like a great way to get required nutrients.

Total Restore is the real deal! My stomach started feeling better about day 3 and continues to improve each day. I have a long history of gastritis, diverticulitis, leaky gut… I avoid lectins & sugar but still struggle. I’m hoping this product will continue to heal my gut.

Since taking total restore, my ankles don’t are swollen by the end of my working day (desk job) and I know have frequent bowel movements. Like everyday whereas before I had 1 every 2-3 days!

I have been taking total restore for about a month now and within a couple of days my gut hasn’t hurt except when I eat a lot of things that aren’t in the Gundry diet. My stool has taken a brown snake shape and form where before it was so loose that it didn’t have any shape at all. I don’t run for the bathroom like I used to- frantically. I also have been using Vital Reds.

I will say that I feel more positive and have been getting more done around the house. The improvements were good enough that I ordered a few other products and have great hopes that this is going to work for me. I haven’t totally changed my diet yet because it is the holidays and we are visiting our kids and I haven’t figured out all of the ins and outs of avoiding lectins yet and how to do it when away from home.

I also haven’t finished the book yet. But starting Jan second I will be doing the 3 day cleanse and hopefully changing my diet. I also got the chocolate pro plant shake and just like he says - it is delicious. It has just been a month but my results have been good enough to give 5 stars.

People and products always promise utopia. This product actually does what it claims. I have seen an energy boost and much better digestion in the three weeks that I have been taking the Vital Reds. The probiotics are the first ones that haven’t caused me bloating and gas. Hope to see continued good results.

How to use the two products

I know that your product work, but I'm a bit confused about what I have. I sent u a message asking do I take the bio complete 3 & total restore together, or is it the same. Please advise so this experience can be successful for me. I haven't been consistent because I'm not sure & do not want to waist the product or my money. Please get back to me ASAP! THANKS
