I decided to check my property record after seeing an alarming infomercial about title indenity theft. This type of criminal activity is supposedly increasing.
I was sceptical of the service they were offering, but decided to check out my own informaiton with regards to my property. I simply wanted to see if all was in order. I was pleased to see that it is.

It processed my report quicker that I expected. Lot of information on the property. I was looking at a property to purchase and found out that it was priced about $113,000 over the actual value of the property. So I have decided not to purchase. It just shows that "you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still just a pig."

IT IS A SCAM! Charged me $1.00 but was set to charge me $28.00 with no information this was going to happen. I called them on it and they supposedly canceled the report and the charge.

I wanted to find the record of ownership on a property I sold a few years ago. All of the other sites wanted $40+ for the info. I found this site and it cost me $1 and included everything I was looking for. Great site at an unbelievable value!

Details of the report are outdated and thus inaccurate. The image of the house is wrong, and some specifications are inaccurate. The report seems to be incomplete -- some of the promised items are not included.
