This is my home and i was impressed as to the accuracy of the report. It showed details I really didn't think it could pick up. This site was perfect.

The measurements in relationship to the house vs. the shop was also correct!

They supplied information available through the county tax assessors office, state that it was a $1.00 charge for the single property information, then charged me 23.95. Never using this site again.

The information provided in the Property Record Report was just what I was seeking. I was able to print the report and via my printer software able to create a PDF file. I was unable to determine how to download the report which would have been very helpful.

Scam site doing false advertisement. They offer you $1 report but charge you $23.95 per month immediately. The online account has no easy option to cancel the subscription either.

FRAUD - BEWARE

THIS IS A SCAM. I don't know how they are generating the false 4 and 5 star ratings but they WILL charge you for a month, $23.95 when you authorize ONLY one report for $1 .

Fortunately for me, Chase fraud detection recognized this and I got an email and cancelled my card before the charge went through. Don't know why this FRAUDULANT company is still in business but am also filing a BBB complaint!
