I may need to review it again. Didn't' absorb it enough.
My first time viewing this report, gave me more information than I expected. I can't be specific as it's all new to me. However I do believe I have confidence if I have to tackle home property tax issues. Everything is laid out and easy to follow for a newbie like me.
Not great
I will now change my rating to ZERO stars as I was scammed and they charged my credit card 23.95 not $1.00. Site is a scam !!!!!!!
If ths happened to you call your credit card company immediately and dispute the charge!!!!
Charge higher than stated
On-screen price for property record said $1.00. 2 days later I saw while checking my credit card online that I had been charged $9.95! I disputed this w/my card company, who made the process easy. Will NOT use again for this reason.

Was looking for a copy of my deed, couldn't get it.

I like the fact that I could see the property clearly is in my name. I like the resources provided. they will assist me with updating my home.

Report cost is NOT just $1.00!!!
Report was good, but the stated cost of $1.00 was NOT TRUE! My credit card was charged $23.95!
While the value of the info may be worth it, the real cost should have be truthfully described.
