I was in search of any Permit on records and your system is not as friendly as the Orange County regarding this matter.

As a Real Estate Professional, we frequently search this type of document but you need to improve for easier access.

I went on this site to obtain a copy of my Property Deed Document #12667, but was pleasantly surprised for all the information that was conveyed.

I am very pleased with the easy to read report of the property, map and surrounding areas, and the additional checklists and suggested resources for improving real estate properties. However, I am disappointed that I could no longer view the history of the land and tax assessments, any record of delinquencies, and tax payments.

So easy and accurate. I needed some historic information about a house I was interested in buying. Simply entered the street address and all the information was there. The price was very reasonable and they don't hit you up for a subscription.

This was a quick way to gather the information I needed on the property. Faster than a government website and certainly cost effective an accurate as well. If I ever need fast info on a property in the future, i will certainly use their service again.
