Finding info to get insurance on your home

I like the idea that you can print off a list of the things in a home that you should be looking at. For example It tells you what to look for and if it's in good shape you mark it off this list.

Doesn't seem that this site provides it, the information that I received can be seen on state website at no cost. As of this moment, I have not seen the actual house title, that is all that I wanted.

Thank you….thats exactly what I thought. None of the information that was promised in the report was delivered. I am very disappointed. I wish I would've read your review first before I bought this. Even though it doesn't cost very much money it wasn't worth the time it took.

Not enough information. Need property description and plat map of property lines. Actual property lines, not lines drawn by a realtor. I am a first time user and this assessment is helpful, but not what I was seeking.

Pricing lies

Reviews are legit and customer service answers, but pricing is a complete scam.

Just know you aren't paying $1 for a record, you are signing up for 24 records per month on auto renewal and the marketing is completely misleading.
