I order on Saturday and

receive the order by UPS at

1 pm on Tuesday. The order

is shipped by ground

transportation from Houston,

TX, to my home in Schertz,

TX. I find the available

products listed on your

computer in an easy to

locate and easy to order

format. Sometimes I do

have trouble logging into

computer, my only negative

comment.

It was good to find the same product at a reliable website where the cost (including shipping) is less than Amazon (even with their free shipping). Easy to order.

Not A trustworthy Company

I placed a order and paid $40 for 2 day. Well, 2 day air, NOT! The order is still not here, (after one week) and when I track the shipment with UPS, it states that the order was never shipped 2 day air, but I was charged for it. For a medical supply company this is extremely unethical. Funny, I ordered the same product on Amazon, was here in 2 days, no delivery change, and it was cheaper!

I will never use, or recommend this company to anyone!

Shipping RIP OFF

I paid $80 for overnight shipping because my daughter urgently needed the formula. I ordered before noon on Thursday and the tracking now says it won’t arrive until Saturday some time. What a rip off. I could have ordered elsewhere for less if we had time to wait until Saturday. Awful. Now my daughters in a panick because the formula will run out this morning. Notifying the BBB.

I always feel a bit of trepidation when ordering online from a company I haven't used before. I am very happy with both the product and service I received from HealthyKin. I haven't been able to find a pure saline solution in any local pharmacy, and my order of AddiPak was shipped and delivered very promptly. I'm really pleased.

I use these cleansing cloths to give my elderly mother a sponge bath twice a week. A snafu at Amazon caused me to look elsewhere. Even though this site charged for shipping and handling, the base price was so low that it was still much cheaper than Amazon. And I received my Comfort Bath packages the next after I ordered them! Thanks!
