Still Waiting

2 out of 5 so far, still waiting on the Healios product. Should've been here yesterday, since I paid for 2 day air but didn't get it. Mr. Dan Brown decided to take my money and send it ground service instead, got a message from UPS stating this. Meanwhile my husband is miserable from chemo mouth. Some people just don't care. Sad.

Anxiously Awaiting

2 out of 5 so far. Paid for the 2 day express Friday morning and won't receive the healios until Tuesday. No earlier than the cheapest shipping . We're anxiously awaiting this product, husband , after chemo, needs relief bad !!

Horrible delivery person

Waited all day for walking boot. Driver came at 4:32 left at 4:34 said security gate. No phone call. This complex gets deliveries all day long. Called at 5 p.m. and even though it was a medical issue and driver works til 8 p.m. I have to wait til tomorrow. Can't walk without boot so had to cancel orthopedic appointment tomorrow a.m

This stuff is a waste of money. I have over-the-counter that are a lot cheaper and they work a lot faster. Don't waste your money.

I ordered the product on a weekend, less than 12 hours later I tried to cancel. Got a response 24 hours after that they were unable to cancel order. There was plenty of time left to cancel order prior to hearing it shipped! Buyer beware and make sure you really want this product before buying. Seller wont work with you.

We pack orders immediately after they are placed, even on weekends and evenings. 12 hours is far too late to stop an order. Even attempting to cancel an order an hour after it is placed is nearly impossible. The bad - it is nearly impossible to cancel an order once it is placed. The good - we are faster than Amazon Prime delivering our orders, and we don't require a subscription for this speed.
