Everything about this site was horrible 1st, I was checking prices and shipping costs and your system automatically ordered and shipped the product

2nd Trying to reach someone in customer service has been impossible

3rd , creating an account to be able to get my money refunded hasn't worked either

Placed my order today, January 12th. 2026, and the product has shipped today, January 12th. 2026. I am extremely thankful and taken back as I had placed an order with another online medical last week and my items still have not shipped. Website accurate and easy to navigate.

Processing speed of orders is phenomenal, you have a new customer.

So I can't say enough good things about this business. I ordered last Wednesday night. I received my package on a Friday early afternoon like around lunch.

I am bed bound and truly have found a company that truly puts there customers first, I say that with a huge thank you because normally when my nurse tells me something she is almost out of it.

I know or hopefully won't need them long but, 12 weeks is a long journey when you have to be in bed truthfully and I am a small healer from my diabetes as well. If you need an item I telling you this is the place to purchase it.

This is I think my 3rd might be 3nd order can't remember but, I truly don't give reviews but, this company deserves a pay on the back for top notch customer service in the medical field. Thank you I can't say that enough. Steven Dodson

Can't contact them via phone and they apparently are not good at reading their emails.

Placed an order online and within 5 minutes changed my mind. There is nowhere on the website to cancel an order so I immediately emailed and told them to cancel it.

10 hours later I get an email that my order has now shipped. So I tried to call, but you can't get through. The only method to contact them is through emails which they don't look at.
