They really deserve a 5 star.....but my failure to follow their directions in getting my machine up and running and the length of time to get help....;) I have had my machine many years (about 8 I think) and am amazed at their technology. It is a superb addition to food storage and convenience. Very easy to use if I follow the directions and the product is amazing. I just had eggs I re hydrated and scrambled. (they were 7 years old and tasted like yesterday.

We purchased our Harvest right freeze dyer last year (2021) and it has been running almost continually .

We have no mechanical problem and have packaged 1000s of products.

We love it !!

I ordered a medium size, and its perfect. The shipping was tracked each step of the way and I had no issues. The dryer is well made, feels solid, and has nice edges. The accompanying paperwork is very helpful, and the customer service is top notch. I would recommend this dryer to others.

I have over 4000 Hrs. on my freeze dryer and have had no problems until my pump gave up the ghost. The reps from Harvest Right worked with me to fix the problem

Have been freeze drying my eggs and various fruit and veggies from my garden. Saves on prep time (not stuck to the stove) over canning. Like how you can make things into a powder and save space.

We have the medium stainless steel freeze dryer. It was well packaged and delivered on time. The Premier pump is quieter than I expected. There is a learning curve how to use it but we are loving the results. We have been well supported, our questions answered, any minor problems immediately rectified. The impulse sealer was one thing that didn’t seem to work right (did not get hot enough to seal). HR are sending us a replacement.

Excellent customer service! Get one! You won’t be disappointed.

We highly recommend Harvest Right!

I love my freeze dryer. It is running all the time. I have never had any problems with it. I did have problems with getting an order. They mixed up my address Nd then didn’t notify me that there was a problem.

I am so happy with my harvest right freeze dryer! I bought the larger model with the premier pump and have been freeze drying everything since June 2022! Definitely would recommend. Customer service is amazing!!

My wife and I care for our 35 year old disabled son and are putting food up for him due to his diet. We decided to buy a Harvest Right Freeze Dryer a few months back, it is the medium. It worked great from the start and we have about 57 runs on it now. We had a few minor problems but Harvest Right fixed them right away. Easy to clean, easy to use. Great machine.

Good with some issues

So far we have loved having the Harvest Right freeze dryer. We use it a lot. It has come with some issues. The oil filter cap would leak lots of oil at first, but they sent us a new one. we have used it about 10 months and the circuit board is now not working. The heating element is not working so we cannot use it. We called Harvest Right and they were good to work with and said they would send a new one out. I hope I can replace it easy enough. I have read many people's posts on facebook that have had very bad reviews with it not working out of the box and receiving bad customer service. I have only been treated well so far. I will be out of warranty this month though so we will see. Also, I have concern of the longevity of the machine seems how it has already broke a few times.

A terrific easy to use product with little maintenance - just change the oil in the pump and the unit reminds you when its time to do this! Customer service is excellent very responsive, helpful and they stand by their products.

I love our Harvest Right! I am so excited about our machine that I have shared it with my community group and, in turn, 5 people I know have also purchased a machine! No joke! When people come over and see how easy it is, how quiet it runs and taste test freeze dried food, they are sold! I should own stock in this company or have an affiliate link! I’ve sent them so much business! In 90 days, we have run 80 batches! Each batch is at least 7 lbs of food. I cannot imagine how much it would cost to buy this amount freeze dried! The machine has already paid for itself as far as I’m concerned! I used to can everything and this saves so much time and energy. It’s so great to have other options. This is a game changer!

My email today is to brag on how amazing is to speak with customer service that answered after two rings, answered all your questions without rushing you off the phone.

I have been wanting a freeze dryer for a while, been watching reviews and YouTube videos and finally purchased one on August 30th, but I had to wait until November for delivery. Well to my surprise two weeks later I received an email of my receipt with more details of items I purchased and it had a delivery date with instructions. I was confused, I had to call customer service and spoke with Alex Prussia, oh my goodness he was very helpful, answered all of my questions plus some and even excited for me. Well delivery is next week and we are getting ready for it.

A friend of mine has a dehydrator and she uses it for many garden products!!! After trying several items I decided to purchase one for myself and use in our house!! Just getting started and the results get better with each batch. Just wish I had purchased the bigger unit !!!
