I have been trying a variety of Gundry MD products over the years, and I would honestly say that all that I tried are somewhat effective in various ways. MCT Wellness is one of my favorites, and I have stuck to it on a consistent basis. I have noticed that it enhances memory/recall to some degree, and also makes it less hard to maintain a healthy weight. I take it together with Vital Reds, which I believe provides a little boost in energy and aids digestion. But for me, MCT Wellness is my favorite to date, and I can honestly recommend it for a try.

I was expecting a surge of energy. It wasn’t that at all, thankfully. Using this was sustained energy & focus with the added benefit of regularity. It’s a must to use daily for me.

Great taste and easy to drink in water. I love this goodness packed into one supplement.

I was having periodic gut issues, involving constipation followed by severe cramping and losing a day to the bathroom once a week.

That has all ceased since using MCT...I intend to continue using the product as long as the benefits remain the same!

So far, so good.. Down a few pounds. Following a low carb diet and taking MCT Wellness. Nice level of ketones on the urine strip.

As a woman of a certain age, MCT wellness has helped with overall cognitive recall, functioning and alertness without drinking multiple cups of coffee during the day.

MCT Wellness has definitely helped with my digestive issues. I have colitis and diverticulosis. I’m a lot more regular. That is a significant improvement. I will be continuing to use MCT Wellness, Vital Reds and Total Restore.

I just started using this product so I don’t really have a long term perspective on it but based on my experience with taking several of your supplements and the Energy Renew drink everyday, I can say I have had amazing results.

I have shed 12 lbs in 2 months, my blood pressure numbers are consistently lower as long as I continue to eat the right foods and my energy levels and brain function continue to improve everyday.

I am more motivated to eat the right foods, have an insatiable appetite for learning new things and trying different recipes at home.

I have been using this product for a month now and have noticed a difference in that my energy level is up. I'm sleeping better and have noticed a slight weight loss. I enjoy this product and I've been sharing it with my spouse. He feels more energized as well.

The MCT powder is working well for me. Not only do I believe it is serving it’s intended purpose of helping to flush out fats from my system, I also believe the powder is boosting my overall health. I’ve lost 3 pounds in the first month. The taste is great and very enjoyable to drink. I read a review that reported that the powder doesn’t dissolve well.

I use a VoltRX drink blender. It’s amazing and blends the powder perfectly within the cup from which you drink. No mess and perfectly blended! Everyone who uses the powder should get a VoltRX! I also use it for mixing my protein powder.

The MCT Wellness has relieved so much of the bloating and other digestive issues. Better looking skin and more energy overall. Great product to ingest.
