I think it's helping my inflammation!

I have been using Vital Reds for a little over a week now, I bought as an "add on" but think this is prob the best purchase I could have made! I have been experiencing pain for months in my knuckle, back story my grandmother and uncle both had crippling arthritis. I thought oh boy here it goes w/ the pain in my knuckle, am I on that path? Anyways, one week no pain in the joint! I still feel something but no pain or tenderness.

I was feeling really weak, no energy. Some days I couldn’t stand up for long period. I felt like I’m going to fall on my face. I Try to get ready for work and had to go back to bed. While in bed one morning feeling weak and lack energy I was checking my email when I saw Dr. Gundry advertising Vital Red. I figure I don’t have anything to loose. I placed my order and it was the best thing I ever did. Since I started taking Vital Red it give me that energy I didn’t have. The first 2 weeks I needed the vital red to get through the day. Now I can skip a day and still feel great. I also had to increase my iron intake. I would recommend this product to anything. I started to feel it working immediately. I can’t wait to try the other products.

I love the reds! I mix them with my MCT . I am usually not a powder drink person but this I honestly love. I feel good, I have energy and I feel like I am doing something g good for my body. I will keep using this.

I’ve been using Prebio Thrive for 2 weeks now and it’s such a wonderful product. My stomache is no longer bloated and I use the bathroom regularly and it makes me feel so empty and I feel so light. I don’t care for the slight grittiness because it doesn’t completely resolve but I can deal with that because over all it’s doing what it said it will do.

I’m no longer constipated and being in a keto diet can be very challenging. I really recommend using Dr Gundry products. I use the MCT Wellness also and the Peak Mobility Plus and I’m gonna start using Vital Reds. I’m hindered to be a part of The Gundry Family and Thankyou for saving my life.

I use Vital reds in Paradox smoothie so it’s mixed with even more amazing ingredients. I love it because all the good stuff has been out in and unnecessary ones taken out. Vital reds are packed with fruity, veggie goodness and it’s so easy to use. Just one scoop in my smoothie and my day has a great start!

I have been trying a variety of Gundry MD products over the years, and I would honestly say that all that I tried are somewhat effective in various ways. MCT Wellness is one of my favorites, and I have stuck to it on a consistent basis. I have noticed that it enhances memory/recall to some degree, and also makes it less hard to maintain a healthy weight. I take it together with Vital Reds, which I believe provides a little boost in energy and aids digestion. But for me, MCT Wellness is my favorite to date, and I can honestly recommend it for a try.

I was having periodic gut issues, involving constipation followed by severe cramping and losing a day to the bathroom once a week.

That has all ceased since using MCT...I intend to continue using the product as long as the benefits remain the same!
