I have been enjoying Dr. Gundry’s MCT Well was for almost 5 weeks. I began seeing positive results within the first week. My energy has been wonderful … a huge difference from what I had been experiencing prior!

Another great result for me personally has been an amazing reduction in inflammation in my arthritic hands. The improvement has been so drastic that I have been able to do some needlework that sat unfinished for more than five years. I have been working on it daily with no pain at all! I am also seeing the benefit of losing a few lbs.

Overall, my cravings between meals have lessened, and I feel more in control with my portion sizes. I am so grateful for MCT Wellness. I just received my second order and plan to continue taking it everyday.

My husband and I have both been struggling with debilitating fatigue and body aches since having covid in 2021. These supplements and diet changes have taken huge amounts of inflammation out of our bodies. We have less pain and swelling and less bloating in our bellies. We have better digestion.

Most of all we are getting our energy back! We finally feel like we are healing. Dr. Gundry’s book, YouTube videos, and products are giving us our health back- giving us our life back! Dr. Gundry we could never thank you enough for this wonderful gift!

I have been taking MCT Wellness drink for one month now, and I have three more months worth and I will be taking all three more and then I will continue ordering them. Since I have taken the drink, I feel clearer and my clothes have gotten bigger and I was thin in the first place. I haven't changed my healthy eating habits at all, or my exercise habits. I truly believe this drink is causing my mitichondria to "waste" calories because I don't know why else my clothes would be big enough to donate to charity otherwise.

The drink is yummy as well. I look forward to drinking it every day. It tastes good, is clear with no extra powder and sometimes I just chug it. I have used other Gundry products and all of them have been good. But I love this product because I feel good, am staying thin without working hard, and I like the taste of the product. I would definitely recommend this product to others. I have chronic infections, pain and epilepsy so I am not a workout queen but I am still staying fit.

Ive been taking MCT Wellness daily for 20 days now and have lost 2kg without any change in my normal routine.. From 88.4kgs to 86.3kgs. This is far better than I expected. Some minor improvement to energy levels bit will reserve my expectations later.

Happy to say it is worth the investment. Hopefully improvements will continue to show up,
