So far so good
Pleasantly surprised
I was a bit skeptical about Vital Reds' claims, but decided to give it a try based on the quality of ingredients and I was also feeling low on energy and sluggish, especially in the afternoons. The results have been gradual(I have been taking it for about 3 weeks.), but I have noticed less fatigue in the afternoons and just a more overall feeling of well being.
As far as regularity and bloating, not so much. I have digestive issues and so was not really looking for a solution. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised and just reordered another two containers.
Vital Reds
Keep after it. I have fibromyalgia and still have bad days too but for the most part I feel so much better. Less desire for sweets more energy and has been much easier to change my eating habits. As far as the grittiness of the vital reds, I ended up mixing it with water in a bottle, shake it up well, drink some of it and then I fix a smoothie and combine the water and smoothie together. Big difference.it all goes down much easier. Sleeping better. Lost 10 lbs feel so much better.good luck!
Very happy with Vital Reds
I have been taking Vital reds for a little over 3 weeks now. I followed all the suggestions by Dr. Gundry in his video and here are the results. Firstly here is what I was before I started. I am a 54 years old male at 5 foot 10 inches tall who is in his car for 2.5 hours every day and work a desk job for 9 hours each day five days a week. Before I started I was 232 lbs and my blood pressure was 160 over 110 and my resting pulse was around 102. I didn't think I over ate but somehow my weight never went down and the blood pressure had been high for like 15 years. This is when I saw doctor Gundry's video online and somehow I believed in what he was saying and I wanted to see some of those changes in me and hence bought his vital reds right away. I wanted to succeed so I started to take vital reds and also changed my eating habits completely.
Let me tell you how I changed my eating habits. I totally gave up eating foods that have lectins as suggested by the video (tomatoes, potatoes, egg plants, pulses, beans and breads and milk products including ice cream and many others) and increased eating fruits with polyphenols specially blue berries and black berries. I eat salads with chicken or fish twice a day. In vegetables I eat lettuce/cabbage/spinach/broccoli/cauliflower/beets and sweet potatoes (not every day). The amount of meat I am eating with my salads is about the size of a deck of playing cards. Not over eating the meats but I do eat them for lunch/dinner on all week days and on weekends I eat meat in all three meals. I eat 2 eggs 2-3 times per week and drink 5-6 large glasses of water in addition to the glass of water I take my vital reds in. I drink green tea with a teaspoon of honey every evening after dinner. The taste of the vital reds in water is actually quite good and I enjoy it every morning. I drink a medium coffee with non dairy creamers and a sugar every morning. I do not feel week but do fee hungry so I am enjoying my meals a lot :) I go for 5 mile walks 3 times a week. I would like to go every day but because of my long work and shorter days in january/february I have only been able to do 3 days as of now. I am hoping to increase walking to 6-7 per week in the next few weeks. Now about the results. I weigh myself every day and have seen amazing results almost every single day. My weight this morning was 212. My blood pressure this morning was 139 over 92 and my resting pulse at 78. I check my pulse a few times a day on my apple watch. I am truly amazed by the results thus far. I have had no problems of any kind. My feeling in my stomach feels much better and I am feeling alive. I plan to continue on my journey and will share my results in another 2 months and then at 6 months. I have honestly tried all types of diets from total veggies to just subway sand witches but nothing really worked. I guess the main thing I wasn't doing was avoiding the lectin rich foods and eating more polyphenols.
My wife and kids thought this is just a selling trick by the doctor and wont work. But I am a doer so I bought vital reds and started using it. Now my wife is kind of quite as she has seen a definite change in my body. I look thinner in my stomach and my face and my pants are fitting looser and I feel great. I am not gloating though. I am becoming a true believer in this new diet and Vital reds. I purchased enough bottles to last me 9 months. Lets see how this improves my health by losing weight. I guess this is enough for now. I will share more in 2 months time.

I'm enjoying taking Vital Reds daily
I can't be sure that it is doing all it's supposed to do but I can be certain that it has somehow or other "cleaned out" or whatever term would be used to describe the lessening of my bouts with IBS. S I've been taking Vital Reds faithfully every day for three weeks. Since the end of the first week, I began to notice that the fairly frequent uncomfortable sessions of "quick on-set of loose bowels" were no longer happening. In addition to that, my clothes appear to have "stretched" somewhat! There is no loss of weight, per se, but for some reason, I FEEL lighter.
There is one thing that happened to me during these three weeks that I can't understand. It was a session of lightheadedness that felt like fainting but I didn't go completely out. I suspect it was a low sugar experience. Adding two capsules of glucose tablets and eating a hard boiled egg seemed to help me recover. I've never had a spell like that before or since. Was it the introduction of Vital Reds to my system? Maybe. Maybe not. Perhaps your staff can explain it.

I really like these Vital Reds
I have been taking it every day now for almost a month and the changes I feel are quite subtle. I do have more energy, and enjoy getting out for a brisk walk almost every day.
So I feel more energy and really far less hunger than before.
It just feels like something good I am doing for myself.

I have been using it for a few weeks now and I can't really say if it is been bennifitting me in anyway. I was a little constipated at the begining but my body seems to have adjusted and I'm back to my regular self. As for some of the claims, such as weight loss, thicker hair and better skin, I have had no signs of any of that yet. As for Energy boosting I'm not that sure, I think I'm the same, I'm definitely not any worse. The taste is okay and not as bad as some reviews I read. I drink it down fairly quickly with no problems. I'll give it another month or so seeing as I have 90 days to return. I went with the 3 month supply. The only downside so far is the expense. It is pricey for a supplement.

More Energy than I've had In a Long Time. Vital Reds
I have only been using Vital Reds for almost 3, 1/2 weeks now and I am amazed just how well I really feel and in such a short period of time. I'm hooked. I'm sleeping better,have more energy and feel much more clear headed and best of all, I'm not constipated all the time which was a really big issue for me.
I have also been taking the prebiothrive supplement along with the primal greens in the morning and so far I have to say for the first time in many years I think I have finally found something that really works. I am so excited to let people no, you've just gotta try this out, along with Dr Gundrys Plant Paradox eating program you can't lose, except maybe a little belly fat.

Vita reds have given me more energy since I began taking it a coupler if weeks ago. I do however have to mix the powder with a flavored water in order to drink it. It's an acceptable trade off for the increase in energy however. Not sure how much more it is making a change in my health by the numbers but I'm sure it is.
Glad to see that someone is using something natural and something that doesn't require a prescription in order to help benefit my life.

How I am enjoying Vital Reds
I am thoroughly enjoying the Reds - both how they taste as well as how they work.
I couple them with the Greens so I guess I don't know how much of my emproved health is because of the Rds, the Greens, or the combo.
Still too early
I feel it is still too early to tell. Just started on January 18th.
I enjoy how easy it is too take. The taste is pleasant and I mix it just about any drink I want.
I like that if is a one a day dose. I am not good at remembering to take pills and supplements at the best of times. So far I have remembered every morning before I eat.
I haven't seen any real results yet.
