I have been taking this with lemon, and honey in water every morning before breakfast for several months, and my HbAlc went down to the normal range for the first time in 9 years. And I feel better.

I wonder if its the Polyphenol olive oil?

Early days and yet I noticed a difference in about 2 weeks. The primary benefits seem to be a calming of my GI tract, easing of constipation and with that increased energy. It caught me by surprise to be honest.

As time and use continued I noticed less bloating, no more abdominal cramping etc. It just keeps getting better and better.

Two weeks to start to see and feel results

Within the 1st week both my husband and I have started feeling better. Better gut health. Sleep has improved and my husband has stopped snoring at night.

I take first thing in morning and last thing at night. It's a lot smoother going down than I expected. It has helped lower my blood pressure and relieves constipation issues.

I have noticed not as much bloating & I have lost 2 lbs. over a couple of weeks. Looking for longer results.

It’s got a stronger taste than most olive oils, but I like it. I either eat it that day or drink a tablespoon before bed to help with snoring. Feel better!
