Consistently great products! This wet/dry vac is sturdy, lightweight, yet very powerful!
I loved the patio furniture set I bought from Costway and have continued to buy items for our new home from them because I’m always leary at such great pricing deals- but Costway continues to never disappoint!
We needed a wet/dry vac and have tried several big name brands in the past and have been underwhelmed to say the least. I cannot say that about this machine! It’s large enough to do the job, yet very lightweight and easily portable.
Also, it’s very sturdy at the same time! We have used it for all kinds of projects the last few weeks and nothing slows this thing down! No more dusting/wiping down baseboards with a broom- one quick pass with the hose and they look good as new! It also cleans my car with better suction than the car wash ones and I don’t have to spend any money or leave my home! It’s thin enough to use as a vac or mop under short furniture, and it even had no problems soaking up a drenched patio rug in about one minute!
Easy to assemble- definitely my new favorite all around household cleaning machine! Oh yes, it also blows the debris off my sidewalk after mowing! This is my 4th item purchased from Costway and I’m very impressed. I will update my review if that changes.

Wonderful Products, Great Customer Service
I have many COSTWAY products I have purchased over the last 3 years. Each purchase has been a great experience. The product quality, fast shipping and customer service has always been a positive experience. Recently I purchased a cordless leaf blower. My Grandson really enjoyed using our COSTWAY leaf blower while helping us with yard work at our cabin. This blower is a wonderful light duty blower that still gets the job done.
I found this @costway online, shipping was lightening fast. It was refreshing to see the simplicity of this unit upon opening the box. I pulled it out, attached the tunnel to the blower, attached the battery and went right to work testing the blower. It has made my life so much easier! I no longer grab the broom to sweep the walk or the garage. I have a walkway at the back of our house that consists of cement pads set in tiny stones. The dog tends to throw the stones onto the cement pads when playing, the COSTWAY leaf blower easily blows them off for easy cleanup. Yard debris such as leaves, small sticks and grass can be easily blown away.
I am amazed all that I can do with this unit. My only suggestion is to purchase an extra battery, battery life depends on the variable speed setting chosen on the blower. Great customer service
I had sent an email in regards to an issue with the patio furniture I had ordered. Costway replied immediately asking for photos and offered to look into it. I was able to get the furniture together (with some help and adjustments) when I let them know that they offered a small refund for my troubles. Amazing service.
Good Price
I like Costway. I had a few purchase experiences, got some kitchen supplies and baby stuffs. The mixer and air fryer I bought had the lowest prices online even compared to Walmart when you apply their coupons. And I have been using them for few months now, still good.
They do not honor their warranty!
Do not trust this company
Without posting a lengthy boring review, all you have to know is this company can not be trusted. If you change your mind and want to cancel, even within thier own protocols, they will delay until delivery. Then they will bribe you to keep it... unbelievable. And don't use PayPal to process it because you have no recourse. You use credit card instead.

I ordered a filing cabinet from Costway on FB marketplace without checking reviews first. It arrived pretty quickly, with no damage and all the pieces there. I spent hours putting it together.
Finally I was on Step 14 of 16, just about to congratulate myself that this made-in-China was pretty good stuff after all, when it became clear that there was no way to actually put the drawers into the cabinet the way the directions showed. The railings, which were supposed to be come apart and become 2 pieces, will not come apart.
No "Help" number is on the instructions or anywhere. So here I am online to check if anyone else had the same problem, and how they solved it. And I find all these bad reviews.
treadmill broke after 4 months
bought a treadmill through overstock.com, filled by
Costway.com in august of 2021. 1 year warranty not honored by costway because purchased thru overstock.com. be careful, you'll end up with a over 500.00 piece of junk in your house.
This company never ship your product and when you ask for just refund money as waited for over a month, they will say they are tracking product and refund only when they track their own logistics.
Why the customer has to wait for your lost logistics? Someone should take action on these fraudsters.
Poor Customer Service
i agree i've had horrible experience with this company though i was saving money by going with them instead of other online company there is a reason people say you get what you pay for. Costumer service is unapologetic about the lateness of their product just 4-5 months lateness than missing parts take another couple months to arrive just inhumane on how they treat people. This company feels like a scam individuals behind the computer take days to respond at times not even answering your question. If a costumer service has no contact phone number question it WHY.

Terrible organization
I had a horrible experience with Costway customer service. I ordered this sleeper which has a very hard surface. We tried to return it and it took us a while to have customer service provide us the return label. Once we returned, we never received the refund for two months. I sent several email request and they stopped responding to my emails. Finally, we disputed the charges through our credit card company and then they decided to refund $147 out of $197 saying that they will charge $50 for the return label. This was my first time doing business with them, never buying anything from them again.

Amazon and Walmart investigating Costway
I am in touch with both Walmart and Amazon who have assured me Costway is under Review which may include dropping Costway products from sales on their sites. Costway sold a used item to me and violated a previous customers privacy by sending us their information.
Once I provide the evidence to Amazon and Costway, they have both said they will proceed with their final investigation. Fortunately we have everything needed to get this company shut down.
Worst Company Ever
Will not replace broken part
If you buy a greenhouse from Costway, make sure that you immediately check for damages and missing parts. After installing the greenhouse, I discovered a broken post and contacted Costway.
At first, they told me that I never purchased the greenhouse from them. After sending a copy of the shipping label, they admitted that in fact it was purchased from them. They also stated that since the greenhouse purchase was out of warranty, they would not replace the broken piece.
Was I to immediately install the greenhouse in inclement weather? I will never buy another product from this company. If there was a lower rating than 1, I would rate this review differently.
This is not a reputable company.
I am disappointed in my lack of due diligence. I was excited about finding what seemed to be a perfect riding toy for my grandson and placed the order without reading the reviews. Each one that I read, now, is like a repeat of my experience.
Although the label for the shipment was printed within 24 hours of order placement, it was not released to Fedex for 7 days. When the parcel arrived, it was missing the principal parts of the riding toy - the wheels, the drive connector, and the fix screws.
There is no response to emails. Calls go to hold and no one ever answers. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and the number Costway provided to them for customer service is a non-working number.
The charge dispute policy with my credit card company is that you must wait 15 days from the delivery. I intend to follow through with the dispute but that is not going to get a working toy for my grandson. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
