Do not buy from costway

Their products look like high quality but they sell defective items and you are unable to call customer service to return the item. You are placed on hold then told to leave a message to a mailbox that is full. Save your money! Do not buy from costway!!!!!
Integrity and honor are lacking. I had missing parts to patio furniture. I am unable to complete assembly. I only received 10 legs out of the 12 required to assemble 2 chairs and a table. Costway says they hope I understand no warrant no missing parts sent. Well I don’t understand. I didn’t package this item they did and they failed to include all parts. I contacted Wayfair and they told me warranty should not apply to missing parts not sent. They still sell this item so Costway lied with they said it is discontinued per Wayfair as they still are receiving this item from Costway to sell. They told me honor and integrity is the issue here not a warranty.
