Please be careful of these companies that advertise the information for only a $1. Fortunately I checked my online banking right away and was charged $23.95. I then got an apologetic text saying I would get a refund but that had signed up for 25 reports at this price.

I notice a lot of companies state the report is only $1 and then I guess they hope that you won't check on the charges.

Just be careful. I am giving it 2 stars as they stated they would refund me and responded quickly-we'll se.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I've been waiting for a refund for almost a year, don't pay them & want a refund cause they're the WORSE.

I sent a CERTIFIED US MAIL Letter to

their Website Company Address :

1801 Century Park East ,

Century City , CA. 90067

and the LETTER was RETURN TO ANDER

NO SUCH BUSINESS at that Address ....

THIS COMPANY IS 100 % PURE SCAM

Had a slight mishap while checking out and contacted customer support. I got a response within two minutes at 7:30 at night, THAT'S customer service. Will always use in the future.

Neede information on my trailer this gave me what I wanted and was looking for....Thanks

Although the report was not useful for me, the support staff sent me a link to be able to get the information I needed. They are wonderful to provide another company's link to keep the customer happy. They also offered a reimbursement to me to pay for that information since they weren't able to help.

This is a very useful and helpful site. It guides through very easy. Provides lots of info.

I was surprised to see how many different subjects that were covered by doing the report, I didn’t know how many recalls were made on my vehicle all of these years! Now I can safely bring my car up to date and can utilize this report to ensure all inspections are passed.

As you can read the other reviews, "Car History" or listed in my bank charges "VIN CHECK USA.COM", states a full report for $1, But charges $1 and additional $23.95 (members monthly reocurring fee) CHECK YOUR BANK CHARGES.

The report is not a full report, it gives very little information. I needed to know the Rightful Owner, and the owners weren't even listed.

I complained, and was sent a link to Autocheck ($26.96) and was told, in writing, if Autocheck couldn't assist with the 'Rightful Owner' - Car History/Vin Check USA.com would reimburse me fully with a receipt. I clicked the link, Autocheck came back with "Owner 1, Owner 2 and Owner 3", listed exactly this way.

I emailed my receipt of $26.96 to [email protected] I stated, I needed a reimbursement for $23.95 (I never signed up for a "reoccurring membership", the $1 and the link they sent me to, that they said, with receipt, is fully refundable.

I will be making a complaint with AZ Attorney General,a Criminal Complaint with the Attorney Generals Office (2 different depts, 1 depth takes the complaint, the 2nd dept investigates for criminal activity (scamming)

So then, I received this from Karmen:
