I used 1 visa card, they said it wasn't good and to use another so I did. Now I have 2 fraud notifications and no report on the vehicle.

Fast and easy

This is the first time I used this site, pretty fast and easy. For the price, it is something I would use again. Seems like as much information as the more expensive CarFax reports for a lot less money. I would think that a report from the DMV would be as reliable as any other report.

I had no idea that for just $1 I could get all this information. It's like a free Carfax almost, and very informative. Unfortunately I didn't find this till after I bought a scammed car off craigslist. I'm out $6900 for a car that has been in two accidents and is a salvaged vehicle worth maybe $3000, only because the used car market is inflated currently. Seems the odometer was set back as well.

The report showed that there were 3 recalls, which was good to know. However, when I went to clink on the link to view the reports, I was taken to another page that required that I pay to see what the recalls where. I paid to see a comprehensive report and that was not what I received.

The vehicle report contained interesting photographs I was previously unaware of and other important information I needed to evaluate the full history of the auto. The report was created as a PDF file which I downloaded for future reference. I was very pleased with the service and will use it in the future when I purchase my next pre-owned vehicle.

Why is it still in my name 8 years later

I had to pull the car history of this current vehicle since in 2015 I purchased it for a roommate, gifted. Car to her for school purposes, transferred title from mine to her name. Now 8 years later I have a bill from California for a ticket that's not mine. My opinion since I am pulling from two different states, I think paying for the one should be efficient enough I had enough money to buy one state, not both as I try not to use cards anymore.

Using this site for just a $1 is a real gift. Comparing with another site that charges $27 for a single report the information was accurate but not up to date. As the current owner of the vehicle and having owned it for over 2 months my information was not provided in the report. The other higher priced report had my information.
