I would be perfectly happy if they just sent a receipt to my email of what they charged. They don't. I will keep posting until they either change their deceptive practices or someone puts a stop to them through legal.

False claims
The original website http://www.vehiclehistoryrecord.com/ advertised “Check Any VIN- It’s Free. $1 vehicle Records in 2 Easy Steps”. I gave my VISA card number to cover a $1.00 charge for a single VIN. I was then billed $14.95 by http://www.CarHistory.us.org.
Once I realized what had happened, I called both 1-877-992-4640 and 855-482-6465. After many long delays, I finally reached a person. Although she agreed to remove the charge, I have not seen a credit on my Visa card, only the debit. I also sent messages to two relevant-looking email addresses but no reply so far.
How can this outfit claim that CarHistory.us.org is going to become one of the most trusted companies in the industry?

If the BBB does not work for you( which it has for hundreds of others) the FTC and FBI online fraud are two other places

AFTER checking out carhistory.us.org. I meticulously choose the $1/one report option. Guess what? You've charged me $9.95 and told me via livechat that I chose the "$9.95 payment plan". The operator has stated she has refunded my card, so of course I will await that to appear on the bank statement in the next few days. She clearly used a template to reply to my question (about how much I'd been charged), as a detailed & fairly lengthy paragraph appeared far quicker than she could have typed it.
Conclusion? You know full well what you're doing and your business practices are outrageous. Shame on you.
