Looking for Vehicle History

It was very easy to pull the license plate record to check the status of the car me and my husband jointly own. He took off with the car months ago and I have not been able to find him. I found that there was an accident in a nearby town. That's very helpful so I can find his whereabout.

Site was very informative and reasonably priced. Others wanted $19.99 for less information. This helped me in deciding to NOT buy the car after finding out it has been in 2 accidents in the last 2 years

I was actually most surprised with all the thorough fields that they covered that I didn't even think of like the odometer readings per owner to make sure you tell that they were not faked at all they had a section about liens which is important to me because I would like to know if the car I'm buying has a clear title and they also had a section they told you about getting multiple titles cuz that's how they would probably get over on you with a lien holderr

Remarkably-detailed Collection of Information

I never had any idea that this amount of information about my car existed, much less being assembled together in a manner that's easy to understand, even with pictures. I bought it used and have been really lucky in terms of having few problems.

If there had been a problem or issue, I can see how this kind of detailed collection of data could help someone sort it out more easily. Fascinating.

Scam - Offers you $1 for report then charge you with $28.95

I should have done my due diligence and read the reviews before making a transaction with this company. Same as what others experienced, it says pay $1 for a report on a car and I did but immediately after I was charged $28.95 and no report. I immediately called customer service and was told that the $1 is for down payment for a recurring purchase. I did not agree to a recurring purchase. Why would I need that? Anyway, customer service said they will refund me in 3-5 business days. Let's see what happens. This is a scam. Imagine how many $1 they get to keep and provide no report. Do not engage with this company!

Scam, they don't charge $1.00, they charge $28.95!

The agreement looks like you are paying $1.00 for a report on your car. However, you are charged $28.95! We received a text moments after I agreed to the $1.00. "Chase Fraud: Did (my name) charge $28.95 at VEHICLE HISTORY on 8/07? Reply YES or NO."

We replied NO and my credit card was instantly closed down! Clearly, Chase has had problems with VEHICLE HISTORY in the past to send me a fraud alert. Now, I have to update all my auto payments relating to my card! To say that I'm angry is an understatement! Do not do business with this company, you will be sorry.
