The names on the title

I bought a car in TX. I paid off the loan. I live in Ohio. I'm waiting for the title. The report showed my ECheck in Ohio. But I still don't know if the title is in Ohio or Texas. The loan company GMAC was supposed to send me the title and it hasn't yet.

I still don't know the names on the title. Who owns the car?

Should this car be trashed because of structural damage?

The report indicated that the car was in an accident and that there was structural damage done. Does this mean the car is out of alignment and should not be on the road? I am not too sure now what I bought.

I don't like that the 'more title information' is a link to this review that is misleading but this answered my questions about a vehicle I was going to purchase for just a dollar. Much better than Carfax at $44. I will use again. It is current information.

The value, and detail of the report and the associated links are more than what I expected. The price initially shocked me because I was under the impression that it was $1.00 but after checking my bank ($28.95) it was well worth it. I can still access 24 more reports.

All information provided was helpful and very thorough. Really appreciate, as we look for a good used car for our son, that we can view this report and know what we are getting when we purchase. Depending on owners to tell you the true history of a car, and they may not even know the full history if they are not the original owners, is really risky making a report like this extremely worthwhile.

showed a decent amount of information but got charged for a higher amount ( bulk amount of about $28) instead of the $1 that appeared to be the price for 1 search. was given refund though after sharing this info in response to text.
