I googled searched "Free Resume Builders" and this company came up with many headlines saying "Free Resume Templates" so I went ahead and built a new resume, it took me close to an hour to fill it all out and when it came to downloading it, I was asked to pay $2.95.

It is NOT free.

This is a scam. Once they have your bank account they charge you every month for what, no one knows.

I subscribed to a trial. Then pushed on unsubscribe to my perfect resume. They took $35.00 more dollars off my master card after I subscribed. I was told to call in to unsubscribe. I am looking for work. Don't have much money and they went forth and took out $35.00 after I went online to cancel it. I told the rep to talk to her supervisor to make it clear to call in. Instead of on the site. It was over passed, my opt-out. They also pass by you when you try to call to cancel. Be careful with this site if you feel like losing money carelessly. Mary-jane saulnier

Shouldn't even give a star.. beware this is a scam!!!, people like me just get misled by this Google sponsorship ad as a trustful website but is not. they assure you only pay once $1.20 for making a perfect resume, but they keep your card information and then debit you every 15 days CAD33.83. If you're not a person who checks bank movements through the bank app, then you got by surprise that you were robbed of a substantial amount.

The company advertises itself as free, however, I was aware that there may be hidden costs. After spending time constructing my resume, I was prompted for payment, which did not come as a shock. I am familiar with sad, dishonest online companies. However, what was irritating was the lack of information about the types of payments allowed. Accepting only credit cards as payment, causing my time to be wasted. Despite speaking to a chat agent named Esteban M, and expressing my frustration, the agent apologized and stated there was nothing that could be done. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, the agent ignored the request and instead asked if I had a credit card. As a result of using their "service", my time was wasted, I experienced poor customer service, and feel that the company's lack of transparency with fees and payment options is bad business. The fault was theirs, yet I took the loss.

Beware of this scam. I cancelled this service in January, but they continue to charge my credit card.

Do NOT fall for this fraud.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! RUN! BEWARE! They are thieves and lie. They make it seem like you are just purchasing one resume, then continue to steal from you! Then when you call them, they offer $11. THEIVES, SCAMMERS, LIERS, FRAUDSTERS. The worst kind of company and people

I signed up for the free 14 day trial, but realized I didn’t like it right away so I cancelled same day. Well 14 days later I get a charge for $24 on my card. So I call them and they said I never cancelled when I did in fact cancel the day I signed up for the trial. I said I want a refund and they said they will only MAYBE give me $11 because in their mind that’s the prorated amount for ONE day. Make it make sense. 0/10 don’t recommend.

I spent 30 minutes doing a resume on this site they gladly took my money. I requested that I have email access to finish product. paid, never did get my email or my resume.It amazes me that they're willing to do this for $ just not provide you with the resume worst service ever

Criminals. I used this site once to quickly help someone put a cover letter together and canceled immediately so I would not be charged another month. My credit card was charged sporadically several times for months. There is no way to get someone over the phone, all emails to this scam company are ignored, and the "Chat with Customer Service" function seems to work just fine until you say you want to cancel - the chat ends immediately, or they tell you they can't find your account. The only way to a resolution is to dispute the charges on my credit card.

Do not waste your time with this site, they say it's free until you're finished then you get nothing without paying.

Criminals Never once in my life have I ever been to visit this website never in my life did I ever agree to anything Regarding this company. I have never heard of this company. I've been charged weekly on services I have no idea about I don't need resume never need resume I'll disable permanently I don't need it I can't have visited this website is absolutely criminal and I'm filing charges.

The tool was helpful and I liked it but if you forget to cancel your 14 day membership that you paid around 3 dollars for you will be hit with a FULL payment of around 23 dollars which you CANNOT get a full refund for!!

Same as another user said, they tried to resell to me when I was trying to cancel!! I even had already told the man that I had just gotten a job after using the site to build my resume but I had no money and could not afford the 23 dollars I just got hit with (for a service I don't need anymore!) and he did not even acknowledge or understand my struggle but tried to convince me to keep the program for a lesser amount of money after I just told him I had NO money!

I left the call with a partial refund and feeling really down and frustrated. I've been doing the best I could to save every penny and to remember to cancel things before I got charged but this one slipped my mind and I am really disappointed with myself and with the lack of understanding, reassurance and the insensitivity I was met with on the phone. I had to ask SEVERAL times about a refund before the gentleman finally answered my question and told me I would get a partial refund!

It would have been so calming and reassuring if he could have given me an answer before going on and on about the benefits of keeping the program that I am NOT INTERESTED IN!! It was really frustrating!!!

I never signed up for a subscription. I hate and avoid automatic payments at all costs. In Nov the billed my account for, 45 cents 4 times... Phishing to see if they could get money. Then from Jan 2022 till we caught it they have been billing $23.95 every month this year. Now Oct 2022. I am having my bank look into charging them back and fraud charges. I will also contact the FTC and show them the many people in the same boat being scammed. Can you say class action Law Suit? I'll bet they paid for all those good reviews.

This is a scam-stay away! You have to cancel your card -they will not cancel your subscription.

This company is a SCAM You will be charge $2.95 for the use of a Template but before it lets you print anything you gotta sign up for a Monthy Subscription

After 14 days it starts to charge you $23.95 month and if you forget or misplace this information and never log in again you will eventually notice you got nailed to the tune of $75 for a service you never used

I just made a one-time payment, the next thing I knew, they were charging me every month!!! Who needs a monthly subscription for a freaking resume!! It's just a one and done thing. The worst part is when you try to call them...NO ONE answers!! I am notifying Better Business Bureau next!! Am so mad!!

Like the previous reviews I experienced the same things where they asked for a one time 14 day subscription or something but now almost a year later I finally realized they have been charging me monthly 23 dollars. WATCH OUT!!!

A SCAM is what this website is. I originally made a one time purchase of $2.95 for a template. Two months later, to my surprise, I noticed that they have been charging me $23 monthly for a "subscription" I "purchased". Absolutely ridiculous. I received no email, or notification that I've been having an on going subscription, or even a confirmation that I have purchased one.
