Love Harvest Right Medium Freeze Dryer

I purchased the medium Harvest Right freeze dryer in August and love it. I have had to contact technical support twice (user error) and my issues were resolved while on the telephone with them. They have been great and I just wish I had purchased my freeze dryer sooner. Great product and fun adventure.

Awesome Product Perfect for Preppers

We just purchased the Harvest Right medium size freeze dryer locally; we feel it is important to support small businesses. We picked it up from Walker Brothers LLC in Baileyton, AL. The staff there are wonderful and they have a great selection of building products; bonus, they didn't mark up the price of the unit, it was the same price as on the Harvest Right website!

After setting it up, we have successfully completed a few batches of vegetables (carrots, mushrooms, green beans, broccoli, etc.) to compare with our dehydrator. We absolutely love the quality of the unit and how great it performs. I don't think they could have made it any easier to use. The touch screen walks you through every step, including reminders about the drain plug.

We should have purchased one of these years ago; but instead threw out spoiled food; now we will freeze dry it and save a lot of money!

Great job Harvest Right and also, thanks for including the support items like bags, oxygen absorber, etc. That was very unexpected but a great surprise.

Just recently purchased a freeze dryer.....loving having it and being able to preserve my family's food in this way. At first I had some trouble shooting issues and customer service technician helped resolve the issues in a timely manner. Thank you Harvest Right.

We have had freeze dryer for over a month. We have run over 30 batches works great. Easy to use with the oil less pump.

I am about 40 cycles in and drying everything in sight.. My garden extras don't go to waste anymore, favorites include cherry tomatoes and dill pickles. So much more flavor than dehydration. Must try ice cream sandwiches, they are amazing. Corn is another favorite, could eat by the handfuls. I did have a small issue with my machine but customer service was great.

I got a harvest right about six months ago and have loved it and been using it every day since. I’ve turned at least two of my friends onto them as well as it’s quick easy and very straightforward to use. Having the ability to prep my own food for trips and just long-term storage has made life so much easier.

Best food preservation ever!

I bought my Freeze dryer almost 2 years ago. I absolutely love it! I have freezer dried lots of meats, meals, fruits, candy, and tons of garden vegetables. Oh and I shouldn’t forget ice cream, milk, and eggs. This thing is the best and easiest way to preserve food that you will EVER purchase. Canning is hard work, dehydrating is unappealing to look at and not near as tasty as freeze dried foods. I am still in awe of all the foods that can be freeze dried. And I’m amazed at how long the food last when properly stored.

Since I purchased my harvest Right freeze dryer, My daughter has bought 2 machine, my brother bought one and two of our friends have purchased one. All of them purchased large ones and are very happy with theirs. I highly recommend these units. Harvest rights customer service has been awesome to work with. My switch quit once and they sent me a new one within the week. My daughters relay board quit on one of hers and, she had a new one right away. My husband replaced both very easily.

I would buy another one from harvest right without batting an eye. Quite honestly I’m wanting to add another before next garden season. If you’re thinking of buying one. Just do it. They are amazing!

I am new to freeze drying. and I absolutely love my new Harvest Right freeze dryer. we purchased it for long term food storage but love the freeze dried fruits and snacks. The unit is easy to use and possibilities are endless.

I purchased the medium sized Harvest Right earlier this summer. I had some issues with the vacuum error, but once they sent a replacement drain hose with new valve, it's been working great. Customer service has been very helpful with each issue and each question I had

We have had our Harvest Right medium freeze dryer for about six weeks and love it. I'm addicted! Always planning what I can freeze dry next. Most issues have been user error (I keep forgetting to close the drain valve!). One time we had a problem with the vacuum freezing and the technician at Harvest Right was great to work with. She kept in contact, even over the weekend, and our minor problem was immediately resolved. Thank you Harvest Right for a great product and customer service!

New to Freeze Drying

I'm very new at freeze drying. I've freeze dried blueberries and bananas so far with apples freeze drying as I write. I'm glad I made my purchase. I feel this machine will be a very helpful tool for me to preserve food for my family long term. I'm thankful this product is made in Idaho, USA! They have a competent technical staff that can help with issues. Knowing you are talking to someone living in the USA and really seems to care is very refreshing. I haven't had it long, but I can tell it's going to a lot of fun learning how to use it to the fullest.
