Super fun

I would give this five stars, but I’ve had some issues with the software. It’s been two months harvest right has been working with me but still unsolved. other than that, it’s really fun to play with and make snacks and food for camping hunting.

Easier and more versitile than canning

We pretty much just slice stuff up and pop it in the freeze drier. I like making gluten free-dairy free gravy to store. It's not something I can buy. I can freeze dry it an keep it on the shelf, instead of taking up space in the freezer.

If you are not around when the cycle is finished, the machine will keep your food perfectly until you are ready to take it out. If it's not done at the end of a cycle, you just push a button to give it more time.

My machine is awesome! It has had some issues but customer service has worked well with me through every issue I’ve encountered. I’ve done hundreds of freeze dried items since purchasing my Harvest Right machine. I got my second machine because I loved the first! Harvest Right had fast shipping and they stand behind their products. Purchasing from Harvest Right was the best decision and I highly suggest purchasing one.

Time Saving Prep

We are new to the freeze drying process of preserving food. However, the simplicity of preparation to freeze drying takes less time and such a savings in long term freezer storage.

Our garden excesses can now be kept for us to use instead of going to waste. The winter food prep for soups, stews and sauces will be a great time saver as well. So far that is the extent of my experience with freeze dried foods. Looking forward to freeze drying many different items.

Customer service has been great and very timely responding. Such a new product needs lots of questions answered.

This machine is really made well. Definitely an investment. Another great way to preserve your food besides canning, freezing and dehydrating. My preferred method for preserving food long term. Company is able to troubleshoot issues.

We love our Harvest Right Medium Freeze Dryer. It is wonderful to not waste leftovers and lots of produce from the garden. I am a planner and a preparer so this is perfect. I have freeze dried meals, veggies, fruit, ice cream. I love sharing samples with family and friends and hear them say, "wow that's delicious and amazing".

We have loved our harvest right freeze dryer. we ran into an issue when it was time to change the oil in the vacuum pump. it became cloudy and every time I flushed it the new oil was cloudy again. when I called for tech support they had me do several things to find the problem. finally they had me run a water batch test and at that point I cleaned the inside of the dryer including the drum for the test. when I put new clean oil in it this time and ran the test the oil stayed clear. Obviously this was the problem. they did a great job of running me through steps to find it and I learned a lot in the process. Thank you, Steve Brandt

Loving my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer

Just received my new Harvest Right Freeze Drying and I am loving all the things I can do in it. I have freeze dried Meat, vegetables, fruit, cheese and even candy and ice cream sandwiches. It is so much fun. And it's great to store up food without having jars and freezer to worry about. It really is a work horse. And is a great thing to have. Can't wait to do more. Now I go to the store looking for things I can freeze dry lol. Love it..

great way for long-term food storage

We purchased our freeze dryer in March 2022. There has been a little up and down with the unit, but the customer service rep was always there to assist in a timely fashion. The unit is drying some tomatoes right now as I type. For family with a small summer or winter vegetable garden, this is a must have!

I am VERY please with my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. The machine works great and their customer service is second to none. An English speaking person has answered the phone every time we have called for guidance. We have had absolutely NO trouble with the machine.

This really is an amazing machine to have in your home. I don't have to throw leftovers away anymore! And the convenience of pulling something out of the pantry instead of running to the store is wonderful! The company has a few kinks to work out but they have not failed me yet in dealing with issues that have come up. Highly recommend the Large capacity machine.

I have wanted a Harvest Right for awhile and I love it. It is very simple to use. It is great if you want to purchase food at todays prices and save money! I purchased the Medium unit and I am able to freeze dry a good amount to stock away in the bags with the oxygen absorbers.

I learned about Freeze Drying while taking a class on bread making in Orem, Utah. I returned home and tried to find out all the information I could on Harvest Right Freeze Dryers. I called Harvest Right and the man I talked with answered all my questions and was very helpful in helping me order the right one for my needs. The first time I used the dryer I had a problem, so I called customer support. The lady I talked with walked me thru what I needed to do, and since then I have not had any problems. This company has one of the best customer support systems you will find.

The Harvest Right freeze dryer is very easy to use. There are great instructions with the dryer. The people at Harvest Right are very nice and helpful.

The freeze dryer does a great job. I am very happy with the results and enjoy trying new things to freeze
