I am really happy with my machine. The first machine I received was not working properly, I called customer service, after running some tests they decided to replace it. Best customer service ever!! even better than chick fil A. I have no complaints at all. Prompt response, professional, knowledgeable, great experience with Harvest Right. The 2nd machines is working perfectly since day one. I will definitely recommend this product and this company.

We purchased a Medium Harvest Right at the beginning of Dec ‘22. We had some issues at first, but it comes with troubleshooting guides to help get you going. If you need a repair the HR website has simple repair videos to get you up and running in no time. Took me about an hour to diagnose and repair without the help of tech support. I’ve been running 24/7 ever since. Now I just wish I got a large because the food is so good nothing makes it to long term storage

Awesome machine. Has a learning curve on what and how to freeze dry food in it.

But very much worth the purchase.

I have had mine for several months now and it has worked just fine.

OH.. customer service not only is great... they speak English too.

Got my HR Freeze Dryer in December 2022. It has been great.Had a couple of issues that were taken care of by the techs. One was a software problem and the other they sent me a new premier pump. Great Tech support!

Freeze drying has been a way of life for us. Harvest Right has really made it simple and very easy. We now prefer to freeze dry instead of canning. You will never know the difference in the way the food taste. It's great.

When I first purchased the Harvest Right freeze dryer

I wondered if such a large purchase was a wise one. Now, after over a year I am so pleased with the amount of food I have in storage. I'm not afraid of running out of food or having to purchase the very expensive factory freeze dried food on the market.

Incredibly well built equipment, the only freeze dryer to invest in. Customer Service is excellent. I had an issue, was able to talk to a person, JC, who had me back to processing within a couple minutes. Top notch equipment and service, couldn't be better!

Had an issue with a vacuum error, but customer support walked me through the fix now I’m up and running and I love the machine I wish I would’ve got one sooner.

Recently bought the large 5 tray version and it works great. I have run 7 batches already including, ice cream, vegetables, beef, chicken, pork, cheese, sour cream, pea soup, milk and eggs. They are all turning our great and good to know I have food that is shelf stable for years. Plus it makes preparing meals for the week easy as well.

Customer service is great too! Called for an issue with the display being in factory mode and they fixed it on the phone is 2 minutes (I was only on hold for 1 minute!)

Can’t say enough good about this so far. It is a big investment but worth every penny to me.

There are lots or great youtube videos as well for ideas and methods to use!

We’ve had our large Harvest Right freeze dryer for just less than 3 months now and have used it pretty steadily. It’s completely automatic and easy to operate.

We’ve only had two technical issues. The first was handled and corrected by phone on a Saturday with literally no down time. The second was handled with a phone call and instruction that easily corrected a vacuum leak and a follow up call from a service tech who emailed us a software update and instructions for the installation.

Overall we are very happy with our purchase and have had nothing but positive experiences with the friendly and professional staff at Harvest Right.

I've had it since Sept 2022 and worked great, then had a vacum leak. It scared the hell out of me bases on what I read about other's issues. But took all of 45mins to fix. Since then it's working great. This isn't a simple took like a kitchen mixer, it's more like a vehicle investment, it takes regular maintenance and upkeep to keep it running optimally. When you go in with that frame of thinking you'll be much better off. You don't buy a car and not give it oil changes, and tire changes and such. Same with with this.

I love our freeze dryer! Now - especially in these times - I can’t imagine life without it. We bought a residential one and, after putting it to good use for several months it went wonky. The HR team walked us through every step in trying to get it fixed, and a few months later - finally running great again! It was hard to fix thru email, and diy videos and 1-2 miscommunications, but HR team forged forward with us, and now the Freeze Dryer is running great. We are grateful. All the parts were free, and warranty is still in effect. Thank you Harvest Right!

Considering the outstanding technology this machine has, my husband and I had no issue learning how the machine performs. Luis V, sent me as much information as he could think as well as shared with me the Facebook group I should be joining! Excited for this journey!

Had a problem with my machine, was told it would take a week before I heard back, heard from them a couple days later. Jonathan worked with me until the problem was resolved.

We've had the harvest right freeze dryer for about a month now and it's working like a charm. We got it to preserve food from our garden instead of relying on dehydrating/canning/freezing. So far, we've been really impressed by the quality of the freeze-dried end-product, which is delicious as is or reconstitutes with water easily. We've dehydrated tons of things so far, and we're excited to exploring what else we can do with it!

Harvestright is a 5 star company. They provide a freeze dryer that is the best in their industry. I would recommend their freeze dryer to anybody that wants to preserve God's bounty. My research suggests they are the way to go with preserving food.

A bit pricey, but I believe is well worth it for our family to have for lightweight meals for camping, emergency preparedness, and cutting costs from otherwise unused leftovers. Highly recommend for anyone who is willing to make an investment in self sufficiency. Ice cream and stew meat turned out great. (we are learning to follow the directions better--don't overfill the trays or put in irregularly thick slabs of meat). Looking forward to using it on our garden produce this summer.

Had my freeze dryer for 2 years now. I have been able to store away hundreds of pounds of food for when times get tough. It’s super easy to use, just follow the instructions.
