My Harvest Right is great! I enjoy being able to preserve our harvests from our garden and not worry about them spoiling! It's very easy to use, and works great!

My original unit had some technological issues, and wouldn't work. The original burn in cycle worked, but after that it wouldn't function correctly, and kept erroring out. The technician I spoke with from Harvest Right, Austin, helped me work through it, but we couldn't get it working. We tried some new parts I had to install. The video links the sent were very helpful in installing the parts, and made the process easy. Unfortunately, it still didn't work. Harvest Right sent me another unit, which unfortunately came damaged by FedEx, but Harvest Right got another one to me quickly, and we've been loving it ever since. The whole debacle is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I recently bought the large Harvest Right Freeze dryer. I am amazed at how easy it is to use and the excellent flavor of the end product. A number of my friends are avid hunters and fisherman. I often hear about the freezer burned meat and fish they throw away each year. Gentlemen and ladies this is the answer.

Can you imagine having a game that will last for years on your garage shelve and taste darn as a good as the day you caught it. So you have a freezer full of food for those rough times, like the recent hurricane. Really?

No electricity -- no food. Imaging if they all had Harvest Right Freezers and had stored up their excess food. Like Hiking? Well, get ready for the best tasting and most affordable freeze dried food you could hope for. Love my machine and love the customer service.

Harvest Right is a great company that puts out a fantastic product. I can’t say enough good about my freeze drying experience so far. I’ve always been intimidated by canning not to mention how bulky and heavy canning jars can be. I have wanted to preserve food for years but every year I saw my harvest go bad in my fridge.

Since I received my freeze dryer nothing has gone to waste! It is an incredibly easy to use machine and everything is pretty self explanatory. I have not had any trouble at all. One thing I do have though, is peace of mind that my food will now provide for my family for years to come. It’s an investment I would highly recommend.

Freeze drying with my Harvest Right is better than I have ever imagined. I have been dehydrating for about 10 years now, but it’s nothing in comparison to freeze drying.

I have been using the Freeze Drying for about 6 months now and it has been awesome to have food that I like and I know the ingredients that went into making it. We have tried to get our food storage organized for several years now and found that while we still work on our 6 month and 1 year supply in the pantry its great to also prepare for a longer term of storage.

In 2022 we had a great vegetable harvest and was able to freeze dry 90% of what we didn't use for meals. It was a great feeling to lower our waste while preparing for the future. We were also able to get peaches from our neighbor and freeze dry them for a health snack to pack in the kids lunch.

The Harvest right freeze dryer has been a great investment (as long as you use it) and a great way to feel more secure in these uncertain times. I have referred several family members and friends and after seeing what we have done they purchased one as well.

I’ve only had my machine for a month and the condenser went bad. You would think that would make me write a bad review with one or two stars. That is where I have to say you are incorrect!

Yes my machine has a problem but I have to say customer service has been awesome and they are currently scheduled to pick up my machine (at no cost to me) and will be replacing it or fixing it and then sending it back.

I cannot express how in todays market that this is incredible…they are making it right…that is what we as consumers need to hear.

Things happen, I get that and I am happy to be a harvest right customer.

I was able to use my machine before the condenser went bad and freeze dried a lot of the produce I grow in my garden. I love the idea of being able to have food that will last long after the growing season is done. I can, dehydrate and now will freeze dry.

I freeze dried quit a bit of tomatoes and then powdered them to use in soups and sauces throughout the next year.

My husbands favorite thing is eggnog…so I freeze dried several trays of egg nog bites, they reconstitute really well and actually taste really well just eaten as a snack.

I made pie crust biscuits and freeze dried those as well and they are delicious! I will probably gain 10 lbs just snacking on those..which by the way are great on fruit!

I decided years ago that I was going to buy a freeze dryer. My options were limited I was looking for an industrial unit, it wasn’t what I wanted but it was about all I could afford, it was used, (well used) and still had a price of $9000. I was just about ready to make the purchase when I discovered HarvestRight.

I decided to take the chance on a more economical and compact freeze dryer and I never regretted it! The technology is genius. It works much faster than the industrial unit I was going to purchase. HarvestRight customer service is five stars! I’ve always had quick response and desired results.

It’s the best way to preserve food and retain all the nutrients. We used to do canning and freezing, they are fine as long as you have power and you use your canned goods in a year or two. We are now preserving for years to come, it’s economical and easy and it taste good too! Thanks HarvestRight!

We have enjoyed our Harvest Right freeze dryer. We purchased the medium size with the premier pump and have been very happy with it.

We recently had a situation where we could not pull the vacuum low enough. We contacted Harvest Right and Dave walked us through what to check for and we were able to download and send them operational data for review. It turns out we had some water left if the system that was preventing a good vacuum level. The system ran great again once the moisture was evacuated.
