I have started slowly to integrate Bio 3 into my diet. Since receiving the bottle I take one capsule in the morning before breakfast and one capsule in the evening before dinner with big glasses of water. I have with my reserved approach noticed a difference in my energy and bowel habits. I plan to up my dosage today with 2 tablets morning and night.

Can’t thank Dr. Gundry enough for creating this product along with others and making them available to everyone! Not only is my digestion and regularity improving, I am less bloated, have less swelling in my legs, and my energy levels just keep improving.

I am extremely happy with my Total Restore. I immediately lost the abdominal bloating I had been experiencing and the chronic diarrhea I had due to long term Metformin. I have lost 5 pounds and feel better than I have felt in years. I am sold, and will be continuing with this product for ever with my goal of getting rid of a lot of these long term pharmaceuticals that I think made me sick in the first place.

I have suffered from intense acid reflux since 1995. I am on a acid inhibitor but it was not really working and my doctor increased my dose to twice a day of 40mg. Since taking Total Restore, I very seldom experience acid reflux and when I do it is extremely mild. I am so relieved to live a normal life. Highly recommend Total Restore.

Total restore has worked very well in helping my stomach balancing and digest. I take it with every meal as directed and it has made a big difference. I will definitely be re-ordering. My stomach pain has gone away.

I bought the total restore for myself, but I couldn't take them and my husband started taking them. He is fascinated with them. He says that he feels excellent health in his intestines, no more stomach pain or strange sounds in his stomach.

I have been taking this for 1 month now and it has started to stop the bloating and digestive problems I had. I’m trying to replace my very expensive drug Viberzi with this and so far it’s working except for eating corn on the cob. Still had diarrhea but I’m continuing with this natural remedy. They need to send out a couple days earlier because I ran out for a couple days.

I really haven't notice any difference yet. How long dord it take to see the difference? Is this something that I have to take for the rest of my life to have a healthy gut and to lose weight?

I have suffered from Gastro intestinal distress for many many years. Symptoms ranged from very loose stools to constipation. I purchased total restore in hopes to improve my overall feeling of bloated belly, sluggish feeling, slow/poor digestion, and stubborn weight gain. I have just about finished the first bottle and have noticed significant improvement. I should mention that The Plant Paradox is what led me to GundryMD. I am very grateful for the information and products offered by Dr. Gundry. They would never have been available through this current healthcare system. I think I forgot what it feels like to be so well. I remember now.
