I have more energy. My sweet tooth is a little less but still there. I have lost about 3 lbs in about a month. Shows mostly in my face and upper chest.

I really enjoy Restore. My husband and I take 2 before bed and wake up feeling great! Reduces bloating and helps with digestion through the night. I also notice it helps me sleep better. Love this product!

I have only been using it for over a month now, the one thing I can tell is my cravings for process carbs are changing, for a border line diabetic that is very important, as you know....Tks....BMM

I’m a female in my fifties and I had my gallbladder removed a few years ago. Unfortunately, I was one of those people who has experienced intermittent diarrhea due to excessive bile dripping directly into my colon after it was removed. I also experienced a lot of digestive issues with uncomfortable bloating, constipation and upset stomach. Doctor recommended Benefiber to help, and it has curbed issues, but not 100%. I saw the ad for Total Restore and felt like Dr Gundry was talking about me with all the symptoms I had. I decided to take the chance and give it a 30 day trial. First week, I didn’t noticed too much difference except less bloating. By the fourth week, I actually stopped experiencing all my symptoms. Ironically, I hadn’t been thinking about it, because I wasn’t experiencing anything discomfort or diarrhea. And I no longer had to plan my life around worrying about where a bathroom was located. Of course, I ordered two more bottles once it dawned on me how well it was working. This has been a game changer for both my professional life and private life because I no longer have the anxiety of worrying about digestive issues. I still take Benefiber once a day with my daily dose of Total Restore.

Thank you SO much for this product. It has made a huge positive impact on my life.

I have IBS. I am trying anything and everything to control diarrhea. I took it for month and nothing has changed. I would like a refund for my second bottle…

Severe bloating subsided in a few days!

I have been dealing with the discomfort of bloated gut for quite some time now. In the past three months, however, the pressure caused by the bloating had suddenly accelerated to the point of affecting my breathing. I was extremely uncomfortable. I had to do something — and fast! A quick internet search directed me to the GundryMD site. Dr. Gundry’s video helped to identify what was going on with me. It all made so much sense as he noted the symptoms of “leaky gut” — and how it affects other parts of the body as well. (It was as if Dr. Gundry was sitting right here with me!) Without hesitation, I ordered Total Restore. Within just a few days, TR had noticeably reduced my bloating. I could once again breathe comfortably! I continue to take the recommended dosage of Total Restore daily. I have high hopes that over time TR will help my gut work properly — and will eventually make a huge difference in the other systemic problems in my body that originated from “leaky gut.”

I have been taking Bio Complete 3 and Total Restore as prescribed for over a month. I’m still waiting for the results that I expected to happen earlier but will stick with the program since I have all of these bottles left. Perhaps it will take more time for me.

An IBS fix

I was diagnosed with IBS and told Metamucil was best. It did little to help. I then found Gundry and what a difference! My gut is returning to normal. If you have intestinal or stomach issues I recommend it!

My wife is taking them and started because her sister took them after Covid and recovered her smell and taste. She also lost 30 pounds and increased her stamina. My wife is 71 and her sister is 69 and active. My wife is seeing the same results and is very happy with it. Happy wife happy life.
