I noticed a difference right away. I felt trimmer and my digestive problems improved, and my skin was soft and not as dry as usual. Overall it is a great addition to my health. I’m glad I purchased the MCT wellness drink mix.

I was telling friends and family that at 73 I feel alive again I feel better than I have felt in a long time. The only thing new to me is Dr. Gundry's MCT powder I am adding to water daily. I feel alive and energetic again. I wouldn't want to go a day without it. I am a new woman!

A great boost of all day energy in a great tasting drink - 54 years old never felt so good. I might as well be 34! I have also noticed an improvement in concentration while working. This is better than any energy drink out there.

I was diagnosed last Oct w pre-diabetes and High cholesterol at 156 pounds - 5’5” 62 year old female. The doctor wanted to put me on meds and I said I would revamp my diet and see what happens. It’s what you don’t do as well as what to do!! Like many of us I gained 15 pounds during covid!! So I cut down on my wine and sugar intake and at my next appointment four months later I had lost 4 pounds and my numbers were lower but still concerning! So I started the MCT wellness 2months ago and Today I had another checkup and I lost an additional 10 pounds!! I had cut down on sugar and wine some more, but I think the combination of that - more excessive because I have more energy and the MCT Wellness product helped tremendously. Thank you for a great product!

I really love this product so far. Only have taken it for one month and I noticed clean energy boost. I felt great all day not jittery like how some products make you feel. I felt balanced and focused and also noticed it helped a little bit with weight in that I didn’t gain any in spite of cheating with my diet. As far as weight loss I only saw about a one or two pounds less but also because I didn’t follow a very strict diet. The taste is the best of any product I I’ve tried before and mixes well with milk juice or water. It also curved my appetite well and I didn’t feel like I was starving nor over eating at each meal. Definitely makes it easy to do the intermittent fasting weight loss approach.

My husband and myself are taking it daily. Not only have we all lost weight, but we feel MTC is giving us more energy and more clarity. At 70, we feel our speech is as articulated as 20 years ago and we’re not missing words, and memory has considerably improved. My husband, who is overweight, feels more energetic to exercise and get the benefits.

Both my son and I are using MCT faithfully every morning. My energy level has increased and I’ve definitely lost weight, around 8lbs so far! My success with MCT has motivated me to increase my work outs and stick to the fasting time frame. I am 68 and I just registered for a mile run in November and December.

MCT Wellness has been more than I expected! It helps me with cravings and has helped me to drop 10lbs I have been struggling with for years. My energy has increased as well. I generally feel more alert and overall more healthy. I would recommend this product highly!

Mixed with raspberry or black cherry Ice Sparkling Water, it tastes delicious. I’ve just started my second jar and have noticed two benefits so far: 1) excellent elimination in the mornings w/o gassy bloating, diarrhea or constipation; and, 2) less desire to snack between meals! So far I haven’t seen any significant weight loss! It is my hope that using for two more months I will see a ten pounds or more reduction.

Last night I listened to all the information for about an hour. Then did order the product. Before I could get the order completed there was another product, and I could not reject it when I changed my mind and the amount of money on the order more than tripled!
This morning I called their toll free number and waited almost an hour for someone to answer the call. I live in FL they are in CA I called at 12:26 my time thinking they start work at 9a.m. After the lady answers the phone I am told the shipment has already left their location.
Seems they start at 6a the order was shipped about 9a.m. and then was told they ship four times a day. And the product actually leaves their premises four times a day. I told her I didn't believe her. I asked what I needed to do when it arrives and was told to take it to the post office and return it.
In the mean time they are using about $300 of my money and who knows when that will be returned! And without interest on it!
