My vehicle is in facility repair for more than 45 days. every Time 9 more than 4 times) that I called Carshield, their answer are the same "waiting for papers". So I called to the repair facility and they told me "we are sent the papers more than twice". Carshield (customer service) refuse to call the repair facility to see what's going on to help the customer. I'm in the middle of, and is totally uncomfortable, and still not car available.

Car Shield is a terrible warranty company. There are much better companies out there, they take the people of color's money and they use it for the white people. Do your research they pay out less claims for blacks and use that money on whites.

They have a lot of good reviews because of of them are from white people that prey off money people of color provide. Every time you call for claims they always states it doesn't cover my husband paid over 3k for warranty and got no claims fixed on his vehicle.

Car shield will soon go out of business for treating customers this way. They will reap the fruit of their dishonesty , and it won't be good fruit.

My GMC Denali has magnetic ride control system air shocks which locked up on me. Took it to my dealer and filed a claim with CarShield and it was denied? Without this system you really don't really have any suspension...so the contract says the suspension is covered? Read the small print, it's not covered ??? All I can say, do not buy Car Shield they are the most crooked company I have dealt with in my life...

Carshield is a Rip off in 3 weeks no shops want to work with them. Get out and save your money, you will regret Carshield.

I have a contract with car shield to repair my air conditioning on my 2011 Ford Flex. Car shield refused to pay for a part that went to my air conditioner and I had to pay $200 for repairs.

I immediately cancelled my car shield contract because I was told I would not be reimbursed for the monthly installments that I paid. Carshield is a big scam and you have actors lying for you.

And that Ice-T dude is a big fraud too. I will put this on every avenue available to me to show that car shield is a big scam.

The company is not upfront. They stated that you can transfer another vehicle to your policy without buying a new policy. That is completely FALSE!!!

This is the worst warranty company in the world. Worst experience ever. Don’t buy the protection plan. They are shady people. They first say they cover then they have you wait for the longest time.

My car has been in the shop for 1 1/2 months and no call back or Status. My car broke down within the recommended period and they said they were going to cover, it is just a tactic to have you wait.

Then they ask for all documents. We provided everything then they ask for the car title. We send title and we even did an additional inspection to make sure it was in good standing before buying it.

It all checked out, we bought, now they keep ignoring and putting us aside. Hold and don’t want to cover. All checked out and they don’t want to help.

Don’t buy this worthless, unprofessional service. They suck, plain suck in every aspect. If you want to get ripped off then buy.

Don’t buy unless you want to get ripped off. Shady, shady and shady.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I gave this company a chance despite their reviews. But, I would like to tell anyone who is considering this vehicle warranty company to run as fast as you can!

They act like you can take your vehicle to any repair shop, but you just need to give them a call first before making the repairs.

None of our normal reputable repair shops would EVEN work with CarShield because they said they never want to pay and if they do, they can't get their money out of them. The one we finally found, said they had worked with them several times, but only to find out they normally decline to pay for some reason or another.

Our vehicle is a very nice 2014 High Country Chevrolet that still looks and smells like new. We take very good care of our vehicles. But, after about 4 weeks of dealing with Car Shield and my husband having to find alternative ways to work, "their" adjuster rejected the repair bid and said it was a previous problem.

And because they took so long, I was out 2 months of monthly charges of $89 each month that they would not reimburse. It was NOT our fault they took so long. I would have cancelled way sooner if I had.

They didn't cover my air conditioning unit. The compression system went out and it wasn't covered. I guess after putting in thousands of dollars into this company, and when I need them the most, it isn't covered. I guess if my engine goes or if my transmission blows, Hmmmm, makes me wonder it that's covered. I'm considering dropping this company and check into a more reputable company. I can't even give this company a rating.

I can't believe you put a political spot on your commercial! The woman with the blonde hair, red dress, is too political. What has "if you are too afraid to offend" have to do with car insurance. Stupid. I will never buy Car Shield.

Beware had cooling issues with my car, car shield would not do complete repair to warranty new compressor did not cover replacement freon. $2,100,00 job, car shield only covered $500. They did help but not what they say.

Mechanic had 3 other carshields in shop at same time with transmission. Carshield had mechanic remove and disassemble transmission and it took two weeks before they sent an agent out to inspect. Inspection uncovered a couple bearings and did not pay for reassembly and installation.

You tell me, take an automatic transmission apart and not rebuild bands...

Put a little savings account together. Put what you would give to car shield as a premium away as a savings account. That’s the smart way to protect yourself. Don’t give these crooks any money.

CarShield is a dishonest company! Every excuse under the sun not to pay a claim. With all the tear downs and extra fees it would have cost me over a thousand dollars more to get my van fixed. I just paid to fix my van myself and canceled the policy.

They will jerk you around costing you more money and deny the claim in the end. DON'T buy this! Just another scam, the actors on TV should be ashamed to be apart of this, how do they sleep at night?

Car Shield is the biggest scam that has ever happened to me in my life, and i'm sixty six years you old. a military vet as well. Did they care, "NO".

My daughter was finishing high school, and I wanted to get her a car for her graduation. Mind you the car was not new, but she had her a car of her own. She was traveling to Texas, we live in Florida, and on her way back from Texas her motor blew as she was on her way back home to fl.

I called car shield, and they did noting to help her. She had to pay for her own tow truck to a repair shop. Car shield only paid $300 plus for an engine. No labor fees.

After almost a year we paid to have my daughters car repaired which came out to over $5,000.00 to get her car returned to her. No help from car shield at all.

This is a long story but true. do not trust these people. It's all a con.

I requested a quote from CarShield and in less than 5 minutes I received a call. The representative took my information on my vehicle told me which plan and then proceeded to push me and push me to sign up immediately when I repeatedly told him I would like to think about this.

He would not take no for an answer and started getting into my personal life like he knew my budget and what I can afford. I told him I am no longer interested in this service because you are too pushy and I hung up.
