Delivering on its promises
I am just finishing my first month on the morning complete. I can say overall I have been more regular everyday, and do seem to have more energy throughout the day.
The taste is tolerable, very slight apple with a hint of cinnamon… you drink such a small amount (8oz) that it is gone before you really give time to “savor” it. I haven’t mixed it in anything other than water, it mixes easily and again tastes fine. I feel less bloated, I am having regular bowel movements daily, and I do seem to have more energy throughout the day.

The main reason why I tried Morning Complete is because I always lack energy by lunch time and really wanted to find something that can help me to stay focused and drive home safely after work. i would like to have a normal stomach, where , i dont have the bloating or the flatulance and have regular bowel movement
I have to say , originally I was sceptical, but it did help, inparticular with bloating & flatulance, improved considerably.
However my bowel movement is still not regular and my stomach is still quite sensitive.
