Charging dock does not work. Several weeks from date of order to receiving. Purchased the charging dock and it would not charge with the case on(even though the company site shows it will charge with case). They were notified right away, a few days later I get an email asking me to take a short video with the case off.

I placed 2 orders for a total of around 100euros, I did not get a confirmation e-mail, only discount emails, I reached out to customer service and I have been told my email did not order anything, I sent them proof of my bank transfer and the emails they sent me, still waiting for a reply.

I usually don’t bother with writing a review but when I came across the negative reviews on the Titan cables. I have been using the same cables for several years now and only had one cable go bad. It had nothing to do with the workmanship of the cable. The one thing I do want people to stop and think about, is phones and tablets get dirty. They stop getting a good connection in order to charge. My secret is a cotton swab & alcohol. I pinch the swab then dip in alcohol and push it into the slot of iPad or phone. Make sure you power down first & wipe off the cable at both ends also. Now as for as the cable fraying, not a one has split or frayed like the others so what are you doing with them. I’ve jerked on them many times over the years forgetting they were plugged in.

You claim to be the strongest charger. I have had it for 2 weeks and it's already showing the colour wires behind the main rubber. The first week the fabric came off the main rubber. Terrible quality. It took forever to get here. I got better quality for less money from Amazon. I will never order anything from you again.

I normally review every product before purchase. Go figure, I didn't this time. Their site claims 24 to 48 hour shipping. It's been a month... still hasn't shipped. Their site also claims 24/7 support... also not true. There is no number to call, and I have written at least a half dozen times to which I received responses on three of them... at least 3 days later. When you do hear back in email you'll get the "sorry, but covid" excuse. It's August, 2023. If you still have people "working at home", rethink your business model. No service... no product. As I said in the title, I'll probably never know if the product is any good. At this point I figure I've been scammed.

Latest update, I complained to PayPal;

I bought 2 cables and neither worked. Message on screen reads: Check your charger connection. Make sure the cable and charger are properly connected.

If this happens frequently try replacing you charging cable.

I contacted their support team, they are useless. Apparently they believe I am a crook trying to scam them. No resolution just a lot of hoops to jump thru. I left a one star review on their site which has been deleted. They only have 4 and 5 star reviews. Looks like I'm out $40.00 and am in possession of 2 useless cables. Below is their response to ME.

Since we do not offer return shipping, we usually allow for images to be sent through.HOWEVER, due to recent EXPLOITS being uncovered we now require a video to be sent through showing the current date within the video or show the order confirmation on the phone screen.This is 3rd email from them:We are willing to send a replacement for your smart cable. However, we may need your cooperation as well. Kindly send us a video showing that your smart cable is connected to your device and see if the same error prompt appears.

I ordered chargers as a gift and the charging was 3 times worst than her ordinary charger. Titan wanted a video of the issue. Then they wanted the device models. Then they stated I purchased the non-fast charging cords.

Titans website state ALL their cords are fast charging AND they work with all models. Titans warranty states they will ship new cords to resolve defects. Titans warranty is a lie.

Don't trust Titan to honor their warranty. I will have my purchase reversed once my credit card company gets the proof of the fraud committed by Titan. I have a Samsung and iPad just like my friend and this doesn't happen with mine.

Bought a cable for my iPhone 6 foot I wanted a c and not a USB but rather than sending it back I kept it for use in car

I was then sent a link to make sure I didn’t make a mistake so I proceeded to buy two cables after almost 3 weeks the cables turned up not only were they again USB cables but they also didn’t fit my iPhone 14

so I got a friend to sent cables back as our family had a bereavement and just like magic got email saying cables did not get returned

I only have there word that they never received returned items very poor customer service as no one has ever came back in the last three weeks to assure me they never received them

almost £70 spent for original cable and then a further 2 with a 6 foot cable for my car isn’t really practical

Kennedy Kramer Is the email tech refusing to help me replace a life time warranty charging cord they I purchased through the company. I offered to mail the cord back since it isn’t making a positive connection and staying on a charge. I wouldn’t buy from them

I had purchased about 5 cords from Titan. I used them on my Apple products and all of a sudden they would not charge any more. Both the iPad and iPhone were only a year old. One had warranty and one did not. To purchase a new iPhone cost me about 900.00. If I were a new customer I would definitely not use these cords anymore. Too costly. I have never had trouble before using these cords.

Stay away from this company! They guarantee that their cable ends will fit your phone. Sure they fit my Iphone8, but only when the protective case is off... Just what I need--the convenience of taking off my phone case whenever I want to charge my phone... I contacted them October 22nd for a refund. But I had to register a complaint with my Visa card company before they finally contacted me for real about a refund. They offered me 50%, and I get to keep the cables. Thank you very much, Titan Power. If I want to return them, they have to be in original packaging, etc, etc, etc, and they are in England, and I have to pay postage back to them. Their website is very flashy and bold. But don't be taken in. This is a very difficult company to deal with. Buy elsewhere.

Big price, bad cable quality, money wasted...

I tried these cables out just because of the sale and what they claim they can do. Durable, fast charging and lifetime warranty. My first order the cable was fine but after a couple months the wires started to become visible near the connector part so I messaged them and they sent me a new cable which was cool.

I guess they fixed that issue since the cable they gave me looked different with the braiding pattern. Let’s say a year passed and now the new cable they gave me is having issues but connectivity issues.

Maybe a wire inside got cut or lost connection because if I move my cable now while my phone is connected it loses connection on my car. And I only use this cable in my car.

I messaged them and they won’t replace it claiming we have you a replacement already. It’s funny how the one with wires exposed is still working fine but the newer one they gave me isn’t good anymore.

This isn’t a true lifetime warranty product as they claim. Read the warranty section, it’s just a marketing tactic. I’ll go with anker this time!

Customer service sucks. They do not respond. They gave me two defective not working cords. I have told them and instead of giving me new ones they say I have to pay to send them back. They didn’t even give me working cords! I would give zero if I could.

This organisation is a joke. I paid top dollar for their claimed premium cable and not only was the cable rubbish (out performed by the cheapest generic cables from Kmart) but I've been speaking with their customer service team now for weeks and they stalled me long enough for the 30 day warranty to have ended and their terms state no refund or replacement over 30 days. Unbelievable.

Don't waste your money or time

Was good for about 8 months and I thought I found something special. A little better than a regular charge cable but not worth the price...

Terrible customer service, bought several cables and 2 of them frayed and stopped working. When contacted the company refused to replace. Would never purchase anything from them again.

“Lifetime Warranty” NOT honoured!

I purchased 2 Titan Smart Cables in August 2021 which unfortunately stopped working within 3 months of purchasing them.

I requested a replacement and provided the necessary video evidence and after numerous attempts to get a response the replacement cables were finally sent and received in January 2022.

I had to purchase alternative cables whilst waiting for replacement to arrive.

2 months after receiving the replacement cables one stopped working - the cable deteriorated which now meant it had to be pressed on top to get the green power light on to charge.

I again provided video evidence and proceeded to use the previously purchased cable from another provider.

The response from Titan was:

I am so sorry to hear that your replacement cable is not working anymore but unfortunately, we do not have any warranty on the cables we already replaced. So, this time, unfortunately, we will not be able to replace your cable.

We appreciate your kind understanding on this matter.

Claim to be “indestructible”, mine stopped working after a few days. I’ve contacted their customer care and no response a week later. Would never buy again.
