Vicky was very professional, and I was very well pleased with the results.

Given the comparable values of similar houses in the neighborhood, the report was on target. It gave a brief owners' history, the market value, the appraised values. It did not take into account items, such as new furnace and air conditioning system nor the relatively new roof. Gave a detailed report of the schools in the area and their ratings.

There was a good amount of information on the report. Would have liked a property legal description or lot map that clearly showed what the boundaries are though.

Was looking to see if it's being foreclosed on or how many payments have been missed.

This was a very complete description of my property, except that I have 3 full baths and not a partial. However, I am unable to locate the report for my reference and failed to see the "value of the home" for which I initially paid for the report.

I looked up my mom’s property to see if she still owned it but as I suspected my brother owns it now. I’m glad I could look it up to see who owned it. I found out everything I needed to know

The report was very complete. Putting in the information was easy. Cost was very reasonable.

I reviewed the information provided but was disappointed that I did not find the information that I was looking for. I was hoping that I could have found out who the builder was and or the blueprints of our home.

Quick and easy collection of information on properties. The report prints out in a well thought out format. I especially liked immediately receiving a text message from Property Records asking if I was satisfied with the report.

Wanted to know about liens on the property. Didn't find this information.

Can't find lien information

I did not get the information I wanted. I wanted deed information. Specifically, I want the easement documentation. I paid and did not get what I was expecting.
