After posting this review my bank notified me of charge of $23.95!!!! Not $1 !!!! Misleading & fraudulent it would be nice to have a detailed listing of renovations, upgrades as well as possible damage or attention needed areas

Nice to have sales and owner information, but why no tax record information? I want the history of sales data and assessed value. And I want to know current property tax data.
